**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like the email notification system, how it presents the results, and the flexibility to define the questions for each audit. I also appreciate the reward system for scores, the unlocking of achievements, and the tracking it offers for actions. It makes it easier for me to plan, notify those responsible, analyze data and results, and track action plans and non-conformities. Additionally, the ease that EASE offers for random scheduling is a great benefit. I found the initial setup very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I think I could incorporate a method when scheduling audits that allows certain sectors to be assigned to specific people and others to be excluded from those sectors. That is, for example, Pedro's team could randomly be assigned sectors a, b, c, and Juan's team could randomly be assigned sectors b, e, and d.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EASE facilitates planning, notification to those responsible, data analysis, and tracking of actions and non-conformities.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

EASE enables my colleagues and me to create questionnaires and audit different programs quickly, and it makes it easy to deploy new revisions. EASE was originally purchased for LPA, but once we discovered the platform’s capabilities, we began using it for a wider range of programs and objectives.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

There are a few glitches. Sometimes the app doesn’t sync information properly, and entire audits end up needing to be done again. Other than that, I haven’t noticed any specific downsides.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s extremely easy to implement. In just one day, we were able to roll out plant-wide auditing systems using the document upload tool. When we need to make small changes on the go, EASE makes that simple as well: we can update a document and the entire program refreshes smoothly without any issues.

Sharing data to Excel is another big plus, since it helps us make decisions more easily and present the information in our corporate tools. I also like how the data is represented, because it lets us share results quickly and clearly with upper management, auditors, and customers.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Real-time document control is a lifesaver and no more version chaos or manually sifting through shared drives. It is used to control SOPs, work instructions and audit trails, and the automatic revision tracking means everyone is always working on the most up to date file. The non-conformance module is also very good, as is the CAPA module, when a defect appears, it is logged in the system, corrective actions are assigned and progress is tracked, without sending a single email chain.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

It is not a plug and play setup at all: It took longer than anticipated to get the workflows customized to our existing processes, and we had to rely on the help of their support team to smooth out a few wrinkles. Features, such as risk management tools, are a bit over-engineered for smaller teams and make things more complex. I also have seen that the mobile app does not have a few functions, such as approving documents, so it is necessary to log into the desktop version of the app for some tasks.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in the midst of a paper trail and spread sheet culture, audits were a nightmare and non-conformance tracking was a tedious process of emails and sticky notes. Today, everything is in one system: deviations are recorded, examined and addressed, with full traceability, and audit preparation is as easy as generating a report.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I truly enjoy how EASE has transformed our previously paper-based system into a digital process, allowing us to analyze data and follow up on findings consistently. I like that EASE provides management visibility which was hard to achieve with paper systems. The automatic escalation feature is incredibly valuable, as it notifies the responsible person and supervisor when corrective actions fall behind, creating a sense of urgency that wasn't there before. This has shortened our average closure times for corrective actions. I find the ease of use noteworthy too; our floor supervisors needed very little training and even those less comfortable with technology quickly adapted to using the mobile interface.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I have some issue with the image sequencing during an inspection. It is harder to control than it should be. Auditors capture photos as they walk the line, but organizing those images into logical orders afterward to tell a clear story in a corrective action report requires manual adjustment that at times after every inspection. The system could be smarter about letting auditors set the order of images in the moment better than requiring cleanup afterward.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I liked being able to take pictures with my cell phone (whenever I saw something that wasnt compliant) and attach those pics to each audit question as well. I dont have to worry about matching the pics to the correct question after I finish the audit. Switching from internet to no internet mode automatically helps when I am walking into the back of the warehouse and the wifi signal dies entirely.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

When using the tablet version, the on screen keyboard causes the entire screen layout to shift and it cuts off the fields when trying to enter notes or open the keyboard. And also if an auditor misses their scheduled audit window, the admin has to manually reschedule each individual auditor and rather than allowing mass selection.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously did all of our layer process audits and 5s Checks on paper clipboards that were either dirty or lost somewhere in the shop but with this new application the floor team can simply click through compliance questions on a phone and give management instant feedback which is very efficient in my opinion.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Things that I like is that EASE has really enhanced our audit program with its accountability features like the timestamp and location stamp on audit entries. This change has improved the quality of our audits significantly, as it provides concrete proof that auditors are actively engaging with their workstations and equipment rather than just signing off from their desks. Additionally, building the audit list is intuitive and the logic straightforward, which made configuring processes much easier. Once we set up the audit hierarchy correctly, the day-to-day operations became streamlined, requiring very little training for our floor teams to get comfortable using the app.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I think that extracting raw data for external audits like ISO one four zero zero one preparation is more difficult than it should be. The within reports cover operational needs well, but when our certification body asks for evidence in a specific format, we often end up exporting and reformatting in Excel before we can submit anything. Better export flexibility or custom report templates would save a lot of time during audit sessions.

EASE helps us manage multiple audits across departments, replacing unsustainable paper forms and spreadsheets. It ensures audits are happening consistently and verifies entries with timestamps and location data, boosting accountability and improving audit quality.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I really like the mobile apps because they made the biggest difference for our floor team. Auditors can work their line with their phone or tablet, fill in responses on the spot, and the data is in the system immediately with no transition step or loss of form. No one's left guessing what was actually said. The photo features inside the app are also something we use constantly; when an auditor finds nonconformance, they take a photo right there, and it's attached directly to the audit records. That visual evidence is really useful when we're doing root cause analysis later. Additionally, the initial setup of EASE was one of the smarter implementations we've done. The configuration is straightforward, and the support team was very hands-on during the first few weeks. They scheduled regular check-in calls and were quick to respond when we had questions, which helped us get our templates and user roles set up in about two weeks.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

The tablet experience has some rough edges because when auditors use the on-screen keyboard, the layout shifts awkwardly, and some fields get pushed off the screen. It is usable, but it does feel like the tablet version was not tested as thoroughly as the phone version. We ended up buying smaller tablets specifically because they work better with the layout.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Document control is revolutionary, with no more version histories to chase down, or worry about outdated SOPs floating around I really like how it can alert in real-time, where one team member mistakenly uses an existing procedure in a work instruction. Another excellent feature is the audit trail, which has saved us hours while conducting compliance reviews by readily providing access to who changed it, when and why. Better still, the customizable dashboards enable me to monitor KPIs at a glance such as non-conformance rates or CAPA completion times, without being inundated with spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

It's not plug and play; it took our team a solid week of tinkering, plus a couple of instances that required some support. I would like to also see more flexibility with the reporting templates as sometimes there is a need to make manual adjustments in Excel to export data for leadership reviews.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have days a week before we got a CAPA done because there was too much paper and email chasing to get it done right! Now all of this is in one system: Non-conformances automatically move to the right team, deadlines are followed with reminders, and we reduced our resolution time. The risk management module came along and changed our perspective on the pro-active approach to quality.

I really enjoy using the multi-tiered visual audit scheduling metrics in EASE, as they have been valuable to me and made my work easy. Managing and rotating audit schedules for multiple layers of plan leadership across three different production shifts used to be a massive spreadsheet headache. Now, the calendar autopopulates individual assignments, sends direct email notifications to managers, and handles automatic escalation if someone misses their flow window. By using this, we ensure everyone is doing their job correctly and eliminate the need for manual box checking.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Improvement that I want to see is with the in-app photo annotation markup interface. It requires, difficult to use on a smaller mobile screen. When a supervisor catches a nonconformant on the floor and tries to draw a clean arrow or circle around the specific safety issue, such as a broken machine safety switch inside the photo, the touch calibration slips and the text boxes don't align as expected. They need to simplify the touch targeting mechanic for field tablets.

Things that I like most about EASE is it's a tool that has simplified follow-ups. The automated escalation trigger engine ensures nothing slips through the cracks. If a high-priority manufacturing defect isn't addressed by the assigned engineer within forty-eight hours, the system automatically bounces the issue to the plan manager's dashboard, preventing critical fixes from stalling out. It's very important for us to have a smooth operation at FSC, ensuring efficient steps so we don't have problems with outputs.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Some of the users complain about the dashboard customization tools being incredibly rigid. The main home screen locks you into a few predefined layouts, meaning our quality analyst can't easily rearrange widgets or pin specific defect categories to the top of their view without clicking through multiple menus first.

EASE fixes our ghost outage issue by ensuring inspectors physically check machines with location stamps and photo attachments. It simplifies follow-ups, automatically escalating unresolved defects, ensuring critical fixes are promptly addressed to prevent output issues.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I love being able to see the results of an audit (across each production line, at each shift and at each location) including - who performed the audit; when the audit was performed; what inspections were flagged as needing further review and what has been resolved. This makes my life easier after a long day - because i don’t have to run around asking supervisors “when did he complete his audit?” - this is worth more than money. As a result, we reduce the number of incomplete forms submitted by our front-line workers because the checklist will only show them what they need to inspect (and thus fill-out).

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

It’s not easy building out complex audit logic – nor is it easy to re-test the entire workflow if you change something in your audit form. The Navigation on occasion seems buried – and i found many of my settings hard to locate initially and literally stumbled upon them. Also if you want to report on specific data points beyond what the software already provides via pre-built dashboards - you’ll likely end up exporting your data to either Excel or Power BI. Which requires additional steps. Our new employees on the production floor seem to figure it out quickly enough – however, the same cannot be said for our admin personnel who are creating advanced workflows for the first time.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of these can be handled with EASE - the front-line worker completes the audit using his/her device. We transitioned from using Excel-based tracking methods for 5S and lpa audits and saw significant increases in data accuracies alone. Compliance is also easier due to timestamped records and audit trails and when someone requests records now, you can simply pull them up instead of digging through file cabinets and also EASE won’t fix your processes, however it does allow you to see and track whatever process you have in place. Most plants were blind prior.

Things that increase my positive experience is the tools provided by EASE, especially for pulling data into a usable format quickly. The ability to detect the data and automatically choose the right format on Excel without having to do it manually is very useful. This feature helps me prevent mistakes or typos during data entry.

I find that when our quality manager needs to prepare data for a customer audit or management review, the information needs cleaning before it's presentable. The output should not need reformatting every time. Having templates for common reporting formats would save a lot of time.

It is a practical and easy-to-use system. One of its main advantages is that it allows for real-time information, such as the % of compliance, findings, etc., which facilitates monitoring and decision-making.

The information to create reports is already preloaded and does not allow for creating custom reports. I think that is the main thing they could improve.

Focus on critical lines. In our case, it helps us to schedule the work lines that require the attention of the entire organization, at its different levels, and this has allowed us to reduce customer complaints.

There are definitely a few areas where I wish it would improve. My time on the road would be better with small steps like improving flying capabilities, building Keystone reports, and handling clunky version control.

I really like how EASE eliminates paperwork, which used to involve manually prepping spreadsheets and paper checklists for many processes. Now, the system automatically emails confirmations and schedules tasks, which saves me a lot of time. The setup process was easy and the interface is very user-friendly. It's also a breeze to create and manage checklists. Overall, EASE makes handling tasks efficient and less cumbersome, which I appreciate.

I wish there were more flexibility with offline mobile functionality and reporting.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like how easy it was to learn and use the software.  I have done over 1800 daily assessments and have not had any issues or had to contact support for help.  I get daily emails to remind me what assignments are due, so I don't get busy and forget.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I honestly don't have anything I don't dislike.  The software works great and does what it supposed to without any issues.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to track our chemical and gas rooms to make sure everyone is following our FIFO specs and that the rooms are clean, organized, and all safety placards are in place and not damaged.  By using the EASE software we can identify problems and fix them before they become major problems.

Systematic solution to handle internal audits. Paperless solution. Good software on computer and mobile. Immediate syncronization between computer and mobile.

Audit flow creativity is not supported well. Rarely freeze programs. Approving parties missing if due date modified, ( in some cases)

More and more different question type implementation, so we can select better solutions for us, if we have any extra task.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Easy to edit and roll out new audit questions. The software is rather quick and responsive, and its nice to have phone access to it. The scoreboard/gamification of the audits is a nice feature. I've been expanding our use of it for more technical applications and error proofing and thats been going well

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Sometimes images don't upload on mobile, leaving me with unfinished audits the next week over that I have to circle back to. This is probably my only complaint about the software.

Specific to me, ease helps us keep a constant eye on our error proofing. I review the findings each week to go over opportunities for improvement

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. Also, the amount of detail that you can enter in for the audits to get the accurate results needed to see issues and work on improvements is great!

The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. With that being said, once they are setup to fit your needs it is very easy to see all of your weaknesses and work to improving them.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are using this to check product variance in our plant, it is working out great. We are a large facility and our operators are supposed to be using a couple of different softwares in order to enter in scrap codes, scrap amounts, etc. Since implementing these "special" audits we have seen that we have a weakness in this area and some operators don't even have access/or know how to use this software. We also use the software for LPAs and Shop Floor Audits and have corrected many issues with these as well.

Randomization of audits by station/line, and the question randomization in a documents. The report section also is really good structured, the home page when you open Ease again, the summaries for past findings, missed audits, upcoming audits.

Deleting missed audits one by one. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated.

EASE is very customizable and allows us to track any activity we want. We use it daily for LPA's, Safety and dock audits. I love the app for ease of use. If I have my phone I can take a picture and add it to the system for quick follow up. They provided as much training as we needed and have been responsive to any questions. It is user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy, Emails remind users of tasks assigned. It only took about a month to implement the whole system and we have continued to find other uses for it.

I would have liked more information explaining different features like the tags, fields etc. I think this is also my fault for not asking for more info. I didn't know I needed it until I got into the system more. I am still learning. A user guide would help.

I use it daily. Once you learned its working, it is easy to use. Developments are frequent, so the program is up-to-date. The pivot charts are very good.

Customer service responds at night due to the time difference. For the LPA it is super, for product audit it is lot harder to use. Can't be synchronized with other programs (SAP, Outlook), so I need to manually add and delete users.

After using EASE, I wouldn't go back. EASE was much easier for our associates to use and much easier to manage from an administrative perspective. I like the tracking features that make it easy to keep track of progress and pending tasks.

I have no complaints or negative comments: the system does its job and is easy to use. The entire organization use EASE for this year's open enrollment.

It allowed us to have an electronic open enrollment that was easy for our associates to use and easy for me to manage. It helped eliminate much of the paperwork and reduced the time required to upload deduction information to payroll.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

It has a visually appealing user interface, yet it's really simple and easy to use, even for less tech-savvy employees. It doesn't require complex setup to get started. I like its 360 connection with the payroll company.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Ease is  fantastic, easy-to-use product for managing group benefits, ideal for clients of all sizes and industries. I haven't had any issues suing this software, it adapts perfectly to the needs of our teams.

EASE central has saved us a lot of time and effort on manual work that we currently invest in other areas. In our organization, Human Resources uses this system with our employees for open enrollment and also for elegible new employees.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The customer service and cafeteria are very helpful and easy to navigate. They offer numerous configuration options to cover potential areas where customers might want to expand the software. Much of EASE is configurable and can be easily adapted to your system's needs.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

There are some customization limitations, but for our needs, it has been sufficient. Some users have also reported that occasional system updates can temporarily interrupt workflows.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The implementation of this tool provided peace of mind to the Quality and Regulatory Department, with customer service available should they need assistance. Electronic signatures increase approval time.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like that it's especially quick and easy to set up, and that employee enrollment is simple: all processes are straightforward and easy to implement. It makes it easy for us to access file sources, which saves a lot or work and time on benefits enrollments.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I thought it was an excellent option and well worth the investment. It was definitely the best decision. It has allowed me to work with more group clients, more efficiently, effectively, quickly, and easily.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage employee benefits for almost all of our clients through this platform. It's excellent for offering, enrolling, and managing the benefits program year-round.
