Everything is localized in one place for the most part as well. ### 4. It is becoming more user friendly every day! **What do you dislike about Eaglesoft?** Sometimes the new features can take time to learn how to maneuver but it's nothing too bad. **What problems is Eaglesoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problems of patients being left with unnecessary balances because of the detailed coverage book and fee schedules we can enter into employer accounts. This is great with helping patient's understand their benefits and prevents having to mail balances due. ### 10.
