I appreciate how easy it really is to set up any number of cameras to their systems. So many others have the most convoluted process to get set up, EEN takes that away. Each piece of hardware has the correct amount of instructions and very clear to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The online portal doesn't have quite as much customization as I like that a few competitors offer. When setting up a few analytics it was a little hard to do so and wasn't 100 percent confident when setting up. In the end they all worked properly though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eagle Eye sometimes has issues with new camera models but they have always come through with the drivers for these; just takes a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are great about coming out with new software updates and working with our local install team. I like that Eagle Eye works with 1000's of cameras. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really need a dedicated support team to help our tech's while they are in the field. We do not have the man hours to wait on hold for an hour or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Eagle-Eye platform provides our customers a fast and easy way to deploy video surveillance without the worry of providing or maintaining servers, configuring firewalls, worrying about video retention and backup, etc. The small up-front cost of the bridge units also provides an easy way for our customers to ease into the platform. Once they see it and use it, they typically want to expand their surveillance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't many down-sides, but if I had to pick something, I would say that their legacy units were pretty temperamental when it came to temperature and temporary network outages. This seems to have been remedied with their new "+" series of bridges. There also seems to be some inconsistency in how the cameras get imported and capabilities, i.e. I have the same model of camera in different spots on the same bridge. One of them overlays video motion detection bounding boxes and one does not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and set up which makes user training much easier as well. Simple installation and programming helps save our technicians time and makes selling the platform much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the cameras could be wireless and more variety of cameras available would be great. Multisensor cameras are becoming quite popular so I would like to see a multisensor option from the Eagle Eye brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product/Ui. User intuitive and customizable. Federated service, cloud based. Onvif compatible. All of it makes it an excellent and easy product to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As Eagle Eye has continued to grow the support service has gotten worse and worse. It's understandable, but something that needs a large focus and overhaul from the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super easy to navigate through you can fix issues right on the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes as of this moment everything is fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The top three upsides of using Eagle Eye video surveillance are that it is easy, secure (no holes to open in your firewall), and standards-based (you can use any ONVIF camera make/model that you want.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I dislike about Eagle Eye video surveillance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
