"Don't look any Further...Best Scheduling Tool on the Market"

What do you like best about Achieve?

Our students love the ease of scheduling appointments and the text reminders.

The flexibility and functionality of this tool allows each of our departments customize the product to meet their specific needs. This is NOT available on most of the scheduling products out there.

Technical support is always available. They answer my calls immediately and respond to my emails on the day of receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achieve?

I like everything about this product, but feel that there could be some updating in fonts/verbiage along with some options to create customized filters in reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Achieve:

Don't be fooled by the more expensive products out there. They do not offer all of the customization that you get with Achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Achieve mainly as a scheduling tool. When Covid hit we started Covid testing on campus and we are using Achieve for the scheduling of Covid tests. We also recently implemented K-12 tutoring and are using Achieve for that as well. Achieve is used in almost every department on our campus.

The automatic text reminders in Achieve has improved our no-show appointments so our Advisors are less likely to have down time during the day. The online scheduling has also decreased the number of phone calls into our main office which allows our receptionist to focus on students that are arriving in the office. What do you like best about Achieve?

Achieve has two-way integration with Outlook calendar. This allows staff to easily manage their schedule.

The text on the screens and emails is 100% customizable.

"Great Tool for Registration and Tracking of K-12 Tutoring"

What do you like best about Achieve?

Achieve has been a great tool for our university to utilize as we are piloting a K-12 tutoring service with volunteer college students. Our families can sign up for sessions and we have the ability to track students, sessions, and create reports as needed. The integration with Outlook makes scheduling appointments and availability a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achieve?

Recurring sessions are a newer feature and could use a it of an upgrade. Also, the flexibility of the program to update as sessions are changed would be helpful.

The Achieve platform has provided our advisors with robust solutions for supporting our student centered advising. It has given our 40+ advisors more time to connect with students and its scalability gives administrators access to customize the system to our needs – this has proven invaluable in our ever-changing environment of higher-education. Our university has been using this for over 3 years now. The application is easy to maintain and has awesome capabilities such as analytics, reporting, advanced appointment scheduling, and Outlook syncing.
