Our team used Dynatrace to monitory our web applications that deployed to the Azure Cloud. We monitored approximately 16 web applications using 8 databases on the back end. We used Dynatrace for about a year before we moved to app dynamics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dynatrace was amazing for our team on monitoring our applications. When we moved to the cloud, most of the control that our developers had was taken away. We no longer had direct access to log files, database monitoring tools, etc... Once we had Dynatrace we were able to troubleshoot production issues again. Dynatrace was excellent for tracking down issues, monitoring traffic on our websites, troubleshooting performance issues. and seeing log files. I like the way they helping their clients. They took time to undertsnd the specific requirement of client then according to that their consultants will gve solution.
