What do you like best about Dynamics 365 CRM Integration for Genesys?
We have developed an application which requires end users to have support team, while raising the tickets by end users the support can directly the end user through D365 portal as the Genesys integrated and it will avaialble to right most. But the most usefull feature is the out of box as soon they call the D365 form will fetch end user basic details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 CRM Integration for Genesys?
UI can be imporved but i think the option provided suffice but can expect a bit more desgin just to use reducnt space in D365 portal as the Genesys will sit to right corner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
