Good support (invaluable)

Good tool for what it supposed to do, even if we only use parts of the tools for our needs.

There is no limit to how much intelligence/automation you can do once you apply the tool. This leads to us making it possible to add complex construction knowledge we have gained during 40 years in the business, and apply this in the tool, so everybody using the tool cannot make mistakes.

As we learn new things (we always do) we then apply that to the tool itself.

This is a stable company with excellent skilled people and management so they will make it, otherwise we would not have invested so much in the tool.

We have hired a full time developer to work with it.
