**What do you like best about Nexsure?**

The system has a great consolidated view on the main page of the client file. From there, I can see how many actions are open, how many policies there are and what they are, the recent attachments on the file and any alerts that another user has set for that file. The screens are easy to understand and navigate. Our switch to next year has been well worth it.

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

Some of the views are not yet updated to a modern interface. But I should note that they are in the process of being updated and each update has been fantastic.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexsure automates my renewal client contact as well as billing related contact. The integrated email includes the ability to send secure, send a text, or fax right from the same simple interface. Nearly every process has become more efficient.

**What do you like best about Nexsure?**

I use Nexsure to manage my insurance agency, and I've found that it helps keep us in compliance and up to date - something we weren't getting with the previous management system. On the accounting side, it's also easier to review journal entries and bank transactions.

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

Nexsure requires too many steps to complete simple tasks, and it would be much more efficient if the process were streamlined. Additionally, the reporting features could be improved by providing more detailed information.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexsure keeps us in compliance and up to date, which was something our previous system lacked. It also simplifies our accounting processes, especially when reviewing journal entries and bank statements.

Product is easy to navigate and support is always an email away.  It integrates with Insuredmine our CRM which is a big plus for us.

Don't really dislike anything.  We have been using them since 2017.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexsure helps us communicate by email and text to our customers and tracks all of this for us. The service automation really helps us keep in touch with our clients.

**What do you like best about Nexsure?**

Wow, I have a lot to share about our experience with Nexsure. Our agency was established in 1975, and my husband and I represent the third generation. Change can be challenging, especially for the other owners and the older generation in our office, but Nexsure has truly been a great addition! I feel it has significantly improved our workflows, and the way it eases our workload through specific automation templates is absolutely invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

I'm not sure if this is strictly a Nexsure issue, but the main challenge we face involves our Trucking account submissions. After a renewal submission is downloaded, any subsequent change results in the creation of a new renewal submission. Since changes in trucking accounts happen frequently, we can end up with as many as 70 submissions for a single renewal. We then have to manually move each of these to history, which is quite time-consuming.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexsure has proven to be extremely beneficial for us as our agency management system. When used properly, it enables anyone in our office to seamlessly continue work where someone else left off. It has streamlined our workflows, keeps us organized, and sends out automations related to our accounts. With Nexsure, we are able to efficiently manage our existing business and market to prospects effectively, all within the same platform.

**What do you like best about Nexsure?**

That it is able to process and hold all of our documents in once place. I also like the integration with Ivans for commission downloads as that has saved us dozens of hours a month in processing. I am really excited for the future of Nexsure and the accounting piece as I think there will be some great things that could be implemented to make ease of use easier in that platform.

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

I'm not a fan of how the actions work. Wish there was a cleaner streamlined process. Sometimes way too many actions on a file and it is hard to find what you might be looking for.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we went onto Nexsure, we were getting rid of an outdated internal management system so we found Nexsure to be the best product to meet our needs. We didn't necessarily have a problem with our old system but company was getting rid of it so we had to find something new. It has been nice though as has streamlined some of our business - mainly processing commissions.

Everything in one place! We have talked with other agencies and our processes are so much more streamlined because of Nexsure. The constant improvements/releases have me excited about work!

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

Building proposals has always been a challenge for us. Nexsure originally set this up for us years ago, and since then, adjusting the formatting has often been quite difficult. However, spending time working with Robin has made a noticeable difference and helped us make significant improvements.

One thing I still wish worked better is the integration between deliveries and Outlook. When I respond to a delivery and accept or reject it in Nexsure, I would like it to be automatically removed from my Outlook inbox as well.

The improvements highlighted in this webinar are really addressing many of the day-to-day challenges we face in Nexsure. Thank you!

Deliveries has taken out a lot of duplicate work/steps!

**What do you like best about Nexsure?**

Switching between accounts is straightforward. I also appreciate the recent update that allows actions to be minimized, since it's common to lose progress when a call comes in. Customer support replies quickly.

**What do you dislike about Nexsure?**

The software tends to freeze. When generating LPRs, the producer is automatically changed to the assigned account manager, rather than the producer specified in Client Assignments. This requires us to manually update the information each time. Additionally, emails from Outlook are not always automatically populated in Nexsure, which can be inconvenient.

**What problems is Nexsure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After watching the webinar, I found the new feature that allows sending mass marketing emails all at once to be very convenient. Additionally, the reorganization of the marketing, quoting, and binding processes seems quite promising and caught my interest.

It is not until the change something (like making fewer clicks to accomplish a task) that I find things that I disliked - I just didn't know it!

I really like the ease of use with Nexsure and how easy it is to navigate around. I like how they keep you updated on what is coming next.  The support we get as a customer is fast and reliable and like the response time they hae.

Not all areas are updated at this time and that seems to make it clunky at times in those areas

It has helped in cutting back the time it takes to renew our large property program we have that renews on the same date.  It has cut it back from 4 months to 2 months, 1/2 the time it takes.

Accounting- it's a little old school so I'm glad to hear that it's gettting an update. Also, we haven't been able to fully integrate our outlook because we rely heavily on distribution list emails so updating that would be helpful.
