What do you like best about Dux-Soup?

I was able to solve my very specific pain point using Dux-Soup, while it was impossible with the current feature set of Lemlist and OctopusCRM. I don't want to open that pain further because it's business-critical :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?

I wish I was able to influence the roadmap a bit more but then again we're still a small customer for them. Perhaps later on when we grow we can develop the product to ensure mutual future success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dux-Soup?

This is a super simple tool to use. It is very easy to get going & extremely flexible in providing options with how to reach out to LinkedIn contacts. The throttling feature is also invaluable given the limits that LinkedIn has placed on connecting with a certain amount of folks in a given week/day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?

This tool is primarily used from LinkedIn via the DuxSoup extension... the setting are done in the Dux-Soup internal website... BUT, it would be nice to have a better separate UI rather than doing everything in LinkedIn / Sales Nav. Nice to have more options. Almost too simple of a design. Take it with a grain of salt. Inexpensive tool... easy to use, but has limitation /features missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
