I noticed that after getting the chrome extension on my work computer it crashes chrome. Not 100% that Dux soup is at fault though.

The fact that one can run several campaigns, the plug in you add meaning each time you log into Linkedln you can enrol your prospects as you qualify them. The price of their packages is more competitive that the others on the market , i tested all that others and had i know not spent time testing them and gone straight to Dux-soup leaders in the market for sure. It mimicks a real human behaviour - so I have never got banned by linked in.

The email support is very friendly and reacts quite quickly.

The learning curve is really steep. UX is HORRIBLE - I guess I could start flying with Jumbo jet sooner than learning this UI.

Example: you can enter welcome message in 2 places with 2 different texts (the same about follow up messages). When you start the robot - you see some kind of summary what will be done - but the message is not displayed - so you have to check what has been sent in linked in.

I offered help in pointing UI weak spots and was informed that my offer will be considered - but nobody ever came back to me.

In general I spent approx 400 USD in extra paid hours to solve technical issues - and now after 2 months, on the weekend - this robot failed again (in parallel - on both profiles in our company).
