I greatly appreciate the UX/UI of Dust, as everything is designed to suit a business. This includes essential aspects such as security and governance, which saves me from having to develop custom solutions internally, with all the risks that could entail. Dust also allows users to have autonomy to create agents and workflows without fear that they will access forbidden data or cause actions with irreversible consequences. It's like being in a 'safe space'. Moreover, the initial installation of Dust was very easy, which I consider one of the major strengths. I use Dust to easily create and prototype agents with connectors and data sources. It makes it very easy to get started, even without a technical background. I can get powerful results in just a few clicks. I like that you can connect to any external provider very easily and restrict the space it has access to, ensuring agents access what they need without getting drowned in context.
