I value the ability to discover unique location entities that are not usually included in our internal D&B database. Additionally, I find it helpful that I can search for particular individuals. What do you dislike about D&B Hoovers? My overall experience with D&B Hoovers has been excellent, as it has fulfilled all our requirements. The software has been particularly helpful for me in managing our customer database. We have successfully closed several deals by using it to find the right contacts. Our sales team mainly relies on it for decision-making, as it provides a wide range of resources to research potential clients and partners. There are bugs that can cause you to lose contacts you already paid for. Their billing date changes almost every month, so you’re not really getting the full window to use your credits. With how the credits work, you’re really only getting about 75 leads per month, not actually 150.you will spend hours on the line with them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
