"Intuitive Web Builder with Effortless Setup"
What do you like best about Duda?

I like that Duda is very easy to use and is always evolving, helping me bring my clients' visions to life in a more impactful way. It's a great tool for visually understanding what my clients are looking for, and I find it very user-friendly. The initial setup of Duda is very easy as well. "Hard to find perfect, but Duda is right there"
What do you like best about Duda?

Duda makes it easy to build and manage websites, offering everything needed to set customers up for success. The support team is excellent, and their partners consistently provide helpful updates and valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

There’s intermittent lag across the site builders, which can affect team members’ workflows. Issues include slow responsiveness and, at times, changes not being saved—both of which can be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal solution for web design agencies and freelancers"
What do you like best about Duda?

What contributes most to the day-to-day is the ease of the drag-and-drop editor. Duda manages to balance simplicity with advanced features. You can create professional websites quickly without technical knowledge, but still have the flexibility for more complex customizations when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

Inconsistencies in the mobile version. Not everything syncs automatically between desktop and mobile. Despite being "mobile-first," some changes do not automatically reflect on the mobile version, requiring manual adjustments - contradicting the promise of agility. "Six years in — still the fastest way to build and scale client sites."
What do you like best about Duda?

What I respect most about Duda is how much of the heavy lifting it does behind the scenes. The platform is fast — not just for visitors, but for the people building with it. Sites perform brilliantly out of the box in terms of Core Web Vitals, and the visual editor is genuinely intuitive, even for non-technical team members. But the real gem for me is the widget builder — especially now with AI-assisted workflows and MCP. It allows us to create reusable components at scale, which completely shifts how we think about client deliverables. For agencies that know how to productise their services, Duda becomes more than a website builder — it becomes infrastructure.

I also want to call out customer support — I use Duda alot every single day. I live in the platform. And while that might sound extreme, it speaks to how deeply integrated Duda is into our agency’s workflow. When you’re working at that level of frequency, having fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful support makes a huge difference. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes strengths that’s easy to overlook in a review, but it’s a big part of why we’ve stuck with Duda over the years.

From an implementation perspective, the learning curve is surprisingly low. If I were to score it, I’d say 3.5 out of 10 — much easier than tools like Webflow or Framer. Editor 2.0 in particular is a massive leap forward. It’s a modern, flexible design interface that’s made site building feel smoother and more scalable. I know some long-time users have found the transition from the classic editor difficult — but if you’re new to Duda and reading this review, you’ll be starting fresh with Editor 2.0. That’s a much better entry point, and I genuinely think most users will adapt quickly.

Not everything in the platform fits every workflow — and that’s okay. For instance, I don’t use Duda’s native client billing or content collection tools because we have an external system that handles that more efficiently for our agency. The built-in commenting tool isn’t the strongest on the market either. But the beauty is, Duda’s Zapier integration is solid — we’re able to trigger external workflows when comments are added, for example, creating tickets or notifications in the systems we do use. So even if their native solution doesn’t fit, you’re not boxed in. You can extend Duda to match your preferred way of working, which is a strength not enough platforms get right.

Duda’s white-label CMS is also a standout feature. It gives us full control over the client experience, letting us grant access where needed without exposing the underlying platform. Combined with fast hosting, robust infrastructure, and the ability to scale repeatable design, Duda ends up being far more than just a web builder — it’s a modern agency platform that actually understands agency needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

Some of the limitations are structural rather than functional. For example, the white-label platform is a huge strength — but it also means there’s less visibility or excitement around what’s possible unless you’re already deep in the ecosystem. Also, the documentation and support around more advanced features (like the widget builder or MCP automation) can lag a bit behind the innovation. You’re often figuring things out through trial and error. That’s not a complaint — that’s part of being early. But it does mean you need to be comfortable pushing the boundaries without much of a map.

The bigger frustration for me is around pricing tiers. One of the most powerful aspects of Duda today is its investment in AI — tools that can automate the hard stuff and make high-level functionality much more accessible. And in theory, that’s what AI should do: reduce friction, flatten complexity, give agencies leverage. But in practice, many of these new AI-driven features launch with their best functionality locked behind a custom enterprise plan. Lower-tier users get a trimmed-down MVP, while the full potential — which doesn’t necessarily cost Duda more to provide — is only available to those doing high volume.

To put it in perspective, you need to be building 107 sites just to make the custom plan financially viable. That’s not speculation — that’s the number shared directly by their growth team. And to me, that creates a bit of a contradiction. Duda’s original mission, which is what drew me to the platform six years ago, was to make web design accessible and scalable for agencies — especially smaller ones looking to productize their services. But now, it feels like some of the most innovative tools are gated away from the very agencies they’d help the most.

None of this takes away from how strong the platform is. Even on lower tiers, Duda remains an incredibly capable, efficient, and client-friendly system. We’ve built on Webflow, Framer, WordPress, you name it — but Duda’s white-label structure, fast hosting, and flexible CMS make it the clear choice for our agency. We’re proudly Duda-first. But when asked what I dislike, it’s worth highlighting where the platform’s evolution doesn’t always align with its original promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Duda Support Review"
What do you like best about Duda?

The user experience and design of Duda is very easy to use and understand - even if you haven't spent a lot of time on the website. This also makes it easy to explain how to edit a website to a client. The website builder is very easy to pick up quickly and the customer support chat is always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions that someone might have. I use it almost every day for work. It's easy to implement and integrate Duda into client work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

There are not very many downsides to Duda. I would say the biggest one is transferring a website to Editor 2.0. Sometimes, I want to rewrite over a website with new branding, and I want to be able to transfer it from the older editor to the new one without completely recreating the site design. "A great service"
What do you like best about Duda?

Duda provides me with a stable platform to design and launch my client websites. It has most of the features I need and the suppot team is excellent. The best part is I don't have to worry about core updates, plugins updates, backups, and malware that I normally have to deal with in Wordpress installations. Customer support for agencies is top notch. 100% of my issues have been resolved in a timely manner, usually immediately, or same-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

Duda has some limitations with the way it allows me to use dynamic data (what they call "collections"). Not as much flexibility as "custom post types" offer in Wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable & Responsive Duda Support Team"
What do you like best about Duda?

I would say I truly love the ease and efficiency that the website builder offers us customers. I have never tried any other builder that can operate as Duda. I would also like to commend the support team that handles tickets, they are all reliable and accommodating to multiple concerns I had when I was facing them. The builder itself offers more than you can think of, so that's a major plus! The implementation is so easy; implementing widgets, apps, and customization is so easily accessible for a first-time user. I use this builder on a day-to-day basis as a website designer. The integration feature is something I admire, not all website builder have this embedded in their system. No one can do it like Duda! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

I have none so far, my experience with Duda has been more than amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great design builder for agencies, but limited for solo users"
What do you like best about Duda?

The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and easy to use, and the templates are modern and responsive. It’s fast to build something good-looking without needing code. I liked that it had a clean interface and the animations were simple to apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

As a solo user, I felt a bit limited by the design flexibility. I couldn’t freely move elements or add more advanced animations. Also, the pricing felt high for just one site, and there’s no free plan. It’s clearly more geared toward agencies (client management system) than individual users. The pricing is high for just one site, especially since ecommerce costs extra and the app store is small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
