**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

What I like best about Dubsado is the flexibility in allowing me to be creative with my CRM. The Software allows me to fit the information how I needed to work for my business. 
I think Dubsado has the beautiful advantage right now to work for any type of business and industry because it allows the administrator to be creative in the way the CRM can be populated/ formatted.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Though Dubsado is only 4 years old and is self funded, the UI is still at it’s infancy and content is hard to read when you have a lot of it. 
Unless you are the main administrator and always on it you know where everything is. When I have a new user going through the back end they always have to spend sometime reviewing everything is there and it’s time consuming. 
I believe accessibility should be improved on the UI and with time I know they will add more features that will help with the content creation on the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

I suggest watching videos online to discover the many ways Dubsado can fulfill your business needs.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the contract feature, and the way the software helps get my payments on time from my clients. Once the contract is set up for a client the invoices get sent to the client automatically and the payment reminders allow me to spend more time being a creative that an account receivable person.
I’m also able to share with my clients all proofs of my design work with them so I can periodically share updates without sending useless emails with attachments. 
Last but not least, I love I can keep all the work created for a client organized within Dubsado, and I love that my clients have their own dedicate portal access so they know where everything is located. This has helped me build a trusty relationship with my clients by keeping all the deliverables available to them even after a project has been completed.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

First off the support is amazing!!! The software does everything we need it to do and our team REALLY loves the fact we can have all our agreements, invoices (recurring too), briefing documents and opt-in forms all located in one section and tied to one client and we can also had workflows and automations that have saved us HOURS!!

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Some parts that i think could use a little more work is the customization of the contracts/proposals. It does allow you to add whatever you want content wise but i'd like it to be able to look a bit prettier or have it be easier when it comes to editing the templates. But these are small and more preferences.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

Dubsado is great for anyone that is in need of a software that allows you to create invoice (recurring too), get signed agreements, send out documents, or to capture leads and anyone that likes to automate most of their processes when it comes to these features will love dubsados workflows. It's fairly in-expensive in comparison to others. And its EXTREMELY in-expensive considering what Dubsado can do under one platform. Others you would need about 3 different softwares and probably spend three times as much.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved with dubsado is invoicing, recurring invoicing, agreements, documents, briefing documents, automated emails client management and accounting per project. We have honestly been able to shave off hours of client setup work by using dubsado which if anyone knows anything time is everything!

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love using Dubsado for my workflow, especially onboarding new clients, collecting leads and sending proposals. It's saved me sooo many hours!

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I think it can be a little complicated for the novice. I am familiar with automations and workflows so to me it's not a problem. If I wasn't, however, it may seem cumbersome and overwhelming. The cost on its cost is also a bit on the high side, but there are tons of discounts out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

If you jump in, make sure you do some research and check their help section/trainings to get the most out of it. There are many things you can do with it (embed forms, surveys, create client portals, etc.) that aren't visible at first. Sit down and spend a few hours during a week (not at one time, but over a course of a couple days). Their canned emails and samples are very helpful to guide you!

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problems of follow up, routine conversations, invoicing and getting paid on time are all benefits for me! I have also realized how unwieldy the proposal process had gotten, and how I'd avoid it because it was too difficult to wrap my mind around. Not anymore!

Everything. They have amazing automation features, workflow systems, pretty much everything you need for your business. It makes processes so much easier.

The workflow is not very intuitive but the Dubsado team are really helpful.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado is a tool that has completely changed my business! Before I was using all different tools and services for things like contracts, invoicing, workflows and it was very difficult to keep up with. With Dubsado I can keep all my clients in one place, track their projects, send invoices, sign contracts, automate workflows, schedule appointments, create forms, track leads, and so much more! If you decide on one tool to use to run your business this should be it. Everything can be branded to match your business and they are constantly adding new features.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The initial set up of Dubsado is very demanding and can be complicated. Some of the features can be buggy as well, specifically the form builders. I also wish there were some features that you had more control over or could tweak.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dubsado has completely automated my business from the moment a client contacts me up until the completion of their project. It's helped me keep track of my clients and make my entire process much easier for myself and them.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

The Dubsado user interface and ease-of-use is probably the best aspect of the tool, alongside its "form" templates that let you automate things from invoices, to questionnaires. Lastly, the customer support, especially for a relatively small company, is second-to-none.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The web-based nature of the tool is powerful, but sometimes it can be slow. Also, this type of tool, being for other small businesses and people on the go, really should have an app.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

I spent countless hours trying to decide which CRM tool to use for my photography clients. I needed something powerful, that worked in multiple currencies, that was easy to setup and use, and that would allow me to automate tasks that are otherwise annoyingly complex (ie, invoicing and contracts), all while giving my clients a very professional experience. After testing out several demos, Dubsado was the clear winner. I'm such a fan of this tool even more so now after having used it for the past year since implementation. I often get compliments from clients on how easy the process is, and they love their client portals. 

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dubsado for all of my client interactions for the photography side of my business. Clients love how professional their client portal looks, and this takes no extra time for me. This is perhaps one of the best aspects of Dubsado - with very little effort from me, my clients get a streamlined and professional experience.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Love the workflows and the canned emails features. Love the forms and questionnaires. Love that there is a scheduler integrated, along with invoicing, accounting, etc. A true multi-tasker that is incredible value for the number of features and uses.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Some things just don't work the way you need them to. They *mostly* work how you need them to, but sometimes there just aren't enough features that are integrated yet. So everything is usable, but it's like... 85% useful. 

For instance, you can send workflow actions at specific times and dates OR at times relative to another trigger action on the project. But you *can't* send workflow actions at the same day each month or each week. 

Another example: you can attach workflow trigger actions to invoices, but only to certain *kinds* of invoices. So, like I said... it's *mostly* useful until it doesn't do the specific thing you NEED it to do in that moment.

Also, the project management features are really only useful for the most basic of PM functions. It can't replace a more robust PM application, if that's what you need.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

Overall it's a great CRM. It's not perfect, but it's definitely the best available option. Use their trainings, their FB Community, and their great customer service to learn the tool (steep learning curve). They're improving all the time, so I think they're only going to get better.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've integrated my invoicing, Client management, scheduling, lead forms, feedback forms, contracts, etc, etc into Dubsado. I also manage Dubsado accounts for some of my clients.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Dubsado is an entrepreneur's dream. It has so many useful tools including automation that lets you set up tasks to be completed in a sequentially method so you don't have to think about sending follow up emails or "thank yous" once an action is completed.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

To be honest there isn't much to dislike about it. Perhaps it'd be helpful if they integrated with Acuity but other than that we LOVE using it.

Use the chat feature. The level of support at Dubsado is INCREDIBLE. They are so helpful and guide you every step of the way.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to invoice people directly from Dubsado is amazing! And the automation feature is incredible.

I love all the features Dubsado has as well as their amazing and responsive customer service. Their team is helpful, wicked smart, and even fun.

There are a few features like project management sharing that could be added but not much else.

Though set up needs time to do in the right order, this powerful system saves hours and hours once it’s done. Watch the tutorials closely. They’ll help a lot.

I use Dubsado for just about everything in my business. CRM, project management on my side, team managing, time tracking, contracts, invoices, proposals, even scheduling. It’s amazing.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I use Dubsado primarily for sending questionnaires to my clients during the on boarding process. I tried Google forms and the forms are not as clean and classy as the Dubsado questionnaires.  I know that I can do lead generation, send emails, send proposals/contracts, use project management, invoices, etc and more however, have not really dipped into using Dubsado for all of that quite yet because I am currently using Keap (CRM) and Xero (for accounting). Would be great to educate myself more on how to use all of those other features.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I think it would be great to have more follow up in email with using the Dubsado customer service team so, I may be able to use it more effectively. More video tutorials to show you how to maximize the platform. Perhaps, I missed this sequence but, a simple reminder to check in to see how I am doing would be very beneficial and I believe could keep more clients long-term. Since I only use it for Questionnaires, I am thinking that I could use another all-in-one software to do that.

Email follow up to make sure clients are effectively using Dubsado.

I am receiving more detailed questionnaires back from my clients in the on-boarding stage. They are able to download the PDF for their records which, I love.Will need to spend more time learning what Dubsado could really do for us to reduce the amount of softwares that I really need.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I like that Dubsado has everything I need to run  the admin side of my webdesign business - invoices, contracts, accounting, and a client portal for uploading forms, homework etc. It's simplified everything fro myself and customers and stops me from having to use a whole bunch of different services.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There are a couple of small issues such as not having an easy way to select "last year" when looking at the reports in the accounting section. It's a minor issue but mildly annoying. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

DO the trial, join the Facebook group, reach out to support and ask questions. Dubsado has tons of features, many that I don't need to utilize but you can do some pretty sophisticated things with workflows.

I can connect invoice, contract and homework together in one place to make things easier for clients and myself. The client portal is an excellent feature.

Responsive team-based support is amazing.  I came to this product after leaving 17hats.  They have consistently improved the software and the interface.  The ability to send forms, contracts, quizzes, and documents from a central location is awesome. 

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

The only thing I don't currently like is the way you have to search for invoices and then go to the project to manage the invoice when you are doing payments.

Take the time to do your implementation correctly.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

This is a convenient way to automate communications and keep track of leads.
The foms have a lot of options to style them, so they werent just plain basic form boxes.  They had examples of automations which you could use to finalize your own. There was also help from Dubsado to make sure you got set up OK.  The interface is easy to understand and see what's going on at a glance. We haven't used the scheduler yet.
the tasks and calendar being in the same place with all your lead info is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

nothing yet.  it seems pretty intuitive with enough options to satisfy difference sizes of businesses and uses.

Make sure you've mapped out your process to ensure you get all your questions answered before deciding if this is right for you.  

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time not having to go to another site or tool to share content we just posted. Also a good way to keep track of contacts and follow up with them.  This is our first itme using Dubsado, as the client purchased it, but it's been good so far.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love the Dubsado platform and its integrations and offerings. As a creative small business, I can set-up and complete everything from inquiry to payment within this system. Additionally, the Dubsado team is consistently taking feedback, creating new features and the support team is top notch. The best investment I've made in my business.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Lack of mobile app - but that's currently in the works based on recent feedback.

If you are a service based business, specifically in the creative realm this is the best platform for you.

I can collect info using a custom form on my website, start an automatic email conversation, get paid, collect needed info for a project, and do it all within one platform - Dubsado.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

Custom CSS is needed to customize further if you want something very specific.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm streamlining my entire workflow and it is magical! It's changing the way I run my business.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

I love that Dubsado has automations available to streamline the client on-boarding process. It has great integration with your business email, branding, and calendar.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

There is no way to connect to your bank account so you have to manually track expenses if you don't use Quickbooks. Right now, Dubsado does not link to Quickbooks Self-Employ, so the manual tracking actually detracts from the desire to bookkeep through the platform. There is also only a 14 day refund policy as as opposed to other hosts who offer a longer time span to get your money back. It is not entirely intuitive and it isn't as easy to follow as other options.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

Make sure you do free trials on many systems like Dubsado to ensure that the style fits your needs. I found that while this is a great platform for some users, I've been happier with other software.

Client on-boarding is simplified. I have found benefits with the ability to create canned e-mails, contracts, invoices, and proposals.

I’ve been with Dubsado for about 18 months now, and the one thing that has been truly incredible with them is their constant upgrading and adding of features. I feel like my monthly cost is a steal for everything they offer.

I think some things about Dubsado could be cleaned up and a little more user friendly, but overall no complaints

It's a little convuluded to use sometimes, but that could be user error as well.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

Let me start off by saying Dubsado has changed my business life. I joined when they were in the early stages of development, and started off with the free "trial" (in which you get everything that the paid version has, and never expires - the only difference is that you're limited to three clients). I use and love Dubsado for client onboarding (lead capture forms, automated emails, client welcome kits), invoicing, bookkeeping, sharing electronic documents, and so much more. It integrates well into my website and I'm able to customize the branding to match my own. But my favorite part of this program is the amazing customer service. I feel like the success of my business matters to the creators (an awesome husband and wife team) as much as their own. They also have a great free Facebook community that I highly recommend checking out!

This is the one tool I use for my business in which I can say there is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dubsado has made me 1000x more efficient and productive by automating SO many processes - from capturing leads, to proposals, sending clients their welcome email/kit, invoicing, and more. The countless free customizable templates help me keep everything consistent and on brand. The trial version has all the same features as the paid version so there's no reason not to check it out!

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to have a seamless client experience, from the moment they fill out my contact form on the site (which triggers a pre-sales workflow) through the client’s project, all the way to the offboarding of the project and beyond. All of this is done with minimal work on my part other than the work I do FOR my client. Dubsado is the best!

Well designed product, awesome support, designed with the solopreneur business owner in mind.

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

I am currently looking for an automated/intuitive tool to remind me and support my contact follow-up for leads and prospects, such as Cloze.  It does not provide this function.

**Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:**

Once you figure out the pieces of the tool and put them together, it relieves a lot of the daily operation burden.
Also, tap into the support team as they are stellar in helping you get started.

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WORKFLOW automation, templated process, client portal for forms and tasks, easy to manage once it is configured.

**What do you like best about Dubsado?**

That I can send contracts to my clients, as well as communicate with them and it tracks everything.  It allows me to also note anything I need to. 

**What do you dislike about Dubsado?**

It is a lot of steps to learn when setting up and sending contracts to clients. Their portal doesn’t always work either so I have to resend. 

**What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing and communicating with my customers. Benefits are is that it tracks everything.
