I use DubBot for website optimization and accessibility scans. I enjoy the way it separates SEO, performance, and accessibility into actionable reports, which really helps in seeing what needs to be done on an individual page basis. The automated scans make it easy to find out the priorities for our clients' digital presence, and I particularly enjoy the quick wins area where we can identify changes that have the largest impact. Being able to demonstrate the site needs to our clients and create a plan based on those reports is very valuable. Furthermore, the initial setup was very easy, and their customer support is excellent. They were quick to respond, answered all my setup questions, and provided a full tour of the product, helping me understand how to get the most benefit from it. I really like the ease of use of DubBot. It has a straightforward interface and dashboard that makes it simple to understand and navigate. It provides the results clearly, and when it identifies an issue, you get all the necessary links to the WCAG guidelines from an accessibility standpoint. I also appreciate that it allows us to modify the governance aspects, so we can create our own or integrate our governance elements into the system. I was looking for a tool that could monitor hundreds of websites and provide meaningful reports. Greg is very supportive of new users. He has replied to questions as we have added new staff. The report is clear and includes pdf remediation needs, which is not always available in web crawling tools. The report provides multiple ways of reviewing data. The best part is that a list of the priorities to focus on is given so that remediation can be done efficiently. Reports are regular and easily show what has improved and work to be done. My experience with DubbBot has only been positive! When I found that my screenshots for a report that I created from the web crawls were not passing color contrast, Greg referred me to his colleague Penny Kronz. Penny was extremely helpful in teaching me how to create the screenshots with the proper resolution from our account and took time with me to give me the tools I needed for the future. As an agency, we're able to use DubBot's application to provide tests for ourselves as well as clients and prospects. We get a ton of value from their accessibility tests, and I really like being able to write our own policies. Getting automated broken link checks done is probably my favorite though.
