The support team for Dstillery is always available and willing to dive into the details and do some of the heavy lifting for you to find relevant data for your campaign.

Not positive the data groups are the best. Typically perform a bit worse than my targeting groups when running side by side in a campaign.

Helping me find additional audience groups to target and also targeting specific, relevant URL groups that people have visited.

The customer service, they are always open to chat whether that be via e-mails or on a call. Its the constant effort to always want to work together that makes it fun to work with Dstillery.

Not much to dislike about the Dstillery team. They are on top of their work and are always trying to find ways to help clients reach the audience that they are looking to target. Keep it up!

The problem that Dstillery is solving for us is reaching those very niche audiences that clients are sometimes looking to target. They are very flexible in their targeting methods.

If you have their pixel on your site, their Audience Studio UI can show overlap between your site visitors and some of their segments.

**What do you dislike about Dstillery?**

We've tested Dstillery as a substitution for first-party data in the new privacy landscape, but have not found its audiences to be any more accurate than third-party cookie technology. In general, Dstillery does not seem to be the strongest solution for B2B advertisers.

**What problems is Dstillery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dstillery purportedly can allow advertisers to target behavioral audiences at scale in what is fast-becoming a cookie-less world; however, our campaigns have not shown any value to support this claim.

Given that we are in performance marketing, I am not hugely concerned about the UI of a platform but rather about the quality of the audiences, which I can firmly say continously outperform Google's Predictive/LAL audiences. This is not an easy feat but being accomplished by Dstillery.

There aren't things that I dislike about Dstillery....

Easy turnkey lookalike audiences have allowed us to activate in a smooth and speedy way compared to Dstillery competitors.

Friendly reps, platform is super easy to use along. Reps are happy to train new folks to our team.

There is no cookie-less solution. We also work in Ag and our niche audiences aren't always available.

We love the pixel and the insights it generates. We often can't get GA access from clients, so these insights are SO helpful

By far and away the best part of Dstillery is the ability to be hands on key, log into their platform, and create custom segments on the fly. These segments are immediately available in our DSP, which increases the opportunity to test and reduces back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Dstillery?**

Performance has been hit or miss, but the poor performance could be attributed to other variables in campaigns. Also having more specific and granular segments available would be nice.

**What problems is Dstillery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dstillery solves a big problem of waiting for a data provider to follow up with available data segments available to target, create the custom segment, get approved, and get sent to our DSP. We can do it all on our side.

Agency media buyer; relatively satisfied with audience performance. ID Free has been slow to start and showing lower performance in terms of CTR and on site engagement, but shows promise. ID based solutions sometimes perform abnormally well with  CTRs >2%, but could also be supply path issues with DV360

**What do you dislike about Dstillery?**

Limited options for job title targeting. We specialize in the home and building category so could use more trade occupation audiences/B2B audiences

**What problems is Dstillery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cookie free targeting is the biggest issue we are facing right now so the ID free solution shows a lot of long term promise

Sometimes we get very busy and if we do not respond within a certain amount of time, we get double or triple emails. I promise we are responding, sometimes things just get busy and I hope your team understands.

They are coming up with new audiences which is great! They are also constantnly monitoring performance of those audiences and make suggestions which I appreciate even more!

One of the most helpful things about working with Dstillery is that they work with us on a case-by-case basis and understand that what works well for one client, may not make sense for another. They're very reliable and responsive with all of our audience requests, which is very much appreciated as we sometimes have very tight deadlines to meet.

I can't say there is anything I dislike as far as the support goes. We love our Dstillery team. The only wish I sometimes have is that certain audiences may not fit the mold of all clients, so I wish there could be more options in those instances.

There are lots of custom audiences available to create more targeted audiences that can be used for more niche campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Dstillery?**

I've only used the custom audience builder a couple of times and didn't really see many differences in performance compared to what I was already using in our DSP. There doesn't appear to be many differentiators in audiences that I can't build out with other vendors.

It was nice to use Dstrillery to build custom audiences for campaigns that were more niche in nature.

There's nothing I dislike. The only downfall for me is that my client won't allow adding another pixel to their so we have to rely on the pre-built third-party audience segments which don't drive strong lower-funnel conversion results.

Tapping into and creating custom-built audiences for more niche clients. This allows us to reach users that we wouldn't have been able to by using the pre-built audience pools.

Our team is extremely attentive, they are always on top of it with responses and provide very helpful targeting recommendations. Of all of our audience data providers we communicate most regularly with the team at Dstillery. The platform is extremely easy to navigate and clients are always pleased with the audience insights we provide from the audience pixels.

I wish we could build the URL audiences ourselves via the platform & that custom audience building and sending to TradeDesk was easier to do self service in general.

Dstillery customer service is excellent. The Dstillery team works very closely with us to provide audience targeting recommendations. They are especially helpful in finding targeting solutions for reaching unique/niche audiences.

**What do you dislike about Dstillery?**

Pricing for their ID-Free solution may be out of reach for some smaller advertisers. Also, occasionally some recommendations simply are not a fit for the client, such as pixeling the client's site to create a lookalike audience, especially for clients with very little site traffic.

Dstillery is worth testing. I would suggest testing their audience recommendations against your preferred data partner.
