What I like best is how much time it saves me while keeping my professional presence active. The one-click sharing and automated scheduling are incredibly intuitive. I can jump in for five minutes on a Monday, schedule out a week’s worth of industry updates and technical insights, and then get back to my actual work. It eliminates the friction of having to think about 'what to post' every day.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

DSMN8 does a great job with the AI caption assistant, but I’d love to see even more granular control over how link previews are displayed directly within the editor. Sometimes metrology content is very visual, and having more flexibility to swap between different high-res images provided by the admin team without leaving the share screen would make the process even more seamless. It’s a small detail, but it would help me make every post look like a custom-designed update.

**What problems is DSMN8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem DSMN8 solves for me is inconsistent visibility. In the geospatial industry, we are often busy on-site or in technical demos, making it hard to find time for social media. DSMN8 solves this by providing a curated feed of Faro and Creaform updates that I can share in seconds.

The benefit: I now maintain a 'set-and-forget' professional presence on LinkedIn. Even when I’m in the middle of a complex 3D scanning project, my network continues to see me as an active expert because the platform handles the scheduling and curation for me.

What I like about DSMN8 is how easy it makes sharing content feel natural—almost like being a brand ambassador, but without it feeling forced. You’re not selling anything; you’re simply sharing things you already agree with, which makes it come across as authentic and genuine. The sharing process is instant, so you don’t spend much time figuring things out—you can just click “share post” and you’re done. It's helped me network a lot more on LinkedIn also.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

There isn’t much I dislike. That said, I’m still not sure how the AI and integration aspects work, and it would be really helpful to have a simple guide that explains how I can use and make the most of them. Other than the AI used to help refine this form obviously.

**What problems is DSMN8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps promote the business without affecting my workload, since I can simply click “share.” I’m not sure about the price of this software, but for me as an employee it’s free to use.

The platform makes it incredibly easy to centralize company content and get employees actively sharing it across their own networks. The drag-and-drop content distribution saves significant time compared to manually sending content to each team member. We've also seen a noticeable boost in organic reach since employees are sharing through their personal channels, which tends to get more genuine engagement than branded posts alone.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

The onboarding process took a bit longer than expected to get everyone on the team comfortable with the platform. It would also be helpful to have more granular control over which employees see which content categories, especially for larger teams with different departments. Reporting could use a few more customizable filters as well.

Before DSMN8, our company content rarely got shared beyond the official social pages, so reach was limited and engagement felt flat. **What do you like best about DSMN8?**

I like that DSMN8 automates the process of LinkedIn posting, allowing me to set it up once and forget about it. It's incredibly helpful that I can choose specific days for posts to be shared automatically. DSMN8 saves me a lot of time because I don't have to create posts myself or search for information to make them presentable. I also appreciate being able to scroll through posts, choose the ones I like, and repost them easily on LinkedIn. The setup process for DSMN8 is super quick and easy, which makes it a breeze to get started.

I can't always find all the posts, especially the career highlights ones.

**What do you like best about DSMN8?**

The best thing about DSMN8 is to catch up on what your teammates are up to and posting. It is basically like a LinkedIn for your company. You can post things for only certain groups, for only internal people, for different Teams and from LinkedIn to DSMN8. You can also filter and search by who posted it. You can add colleagues just like other social media and then my company defaulted me to be friends with all of our company Sites.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

I don't like having to login each time I receive an email from work to check something out. It is just one more platform to have to check and keep up with. It is relatively easy to use and create a post. Just have to understand the categories that your company has setup.

I wouldn't say it is solving any problems for me.

it makes it so easy to share content without taking away from my tasks. The sharing is seamless and the is multiple ways to access support queries if I run into any difficulties. I love how straightforward LinkedIn is integrated. It makes sharing instantly, and scheduling sharing very easy. The performance of the platform is great - never had any issues and the AI automated captions you can generate is equally as beneficial. Huge Return on investment!

There really isn't anything I dislike. Its straightforward to navigate and does what its meant to!

**What do you like best about DSMN8?**

I like how easy DSMN8 is to use. The platform provides ready-to-share content that aligns with Percepta's messaging, so I don't have to spend time creating posts or thinking about what to share. I can simply review the updates and choose which ones I want to share with my network, and I share all of them. I also appreciate that it allows employees like me to become social ambassadors, giving us an opportunity to showcase our company's culture, celebrate achievements, and highlight the great work our teams are doing. At the same time, it helps strengthen Percepta's presence online while allowing employees like us to build our professional network and personal brand.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

I think one area that could be improved in DSMN8 is the variety and frequency of content updates. Sometimes, there are limited posts available to share. So it would be great if more regular updates or different types of content could be added. This would give social ambassadors more options and keep the platform more engaging. Another thing that could be improved is the personalization. While the ready-to-share content is helpful, I think it would be nice if there were more options to easily customize the message so employees can add their own voice while still staying aligned with the company's brand. But, overall, DSMN8 is a great platform, but increasing content variety and allowing a bit more flexibility and personalization could make the experience even better for employees and ambassadors.

I appreciate using DSMN8 for getting global updates and sharing impactful news specific to my region and client demographics. The platform helps me with time management, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee while reviewing new articles and setting automatic sharing. This makes my social media presence regular and focused without having to remember to do so. I like the filtering feature, as it helps me navigate through a large company's vast array of Subject Matter Experts, departments, and divisions, ensuring that the content is relevant to my audience. Being in the Canadian Division of GGB, I find it helpful that I can narrow down my market. I'm also bilingual, so it’s great that DSMN8 provides content suitable for both our French and English-speaking communities. Additionally, I like how the platform supports not just work-related content but also events globally supported by Gallagher by subject.

I think DSMN8 could use more filters, more regional content, and generally more content. The library for Canadian business isn't that extensive, and since insurance markets vary, people connect better when the content is relevant to their locale. The initial setup was a bit confusing; a little 'how-to' guide and a Q&A would have been helpful.

**What do you like best about DSMN8?**

I like that its automatic and curated to a certain extent. It provides me with care free presence on Linkedin. I understand FB is an option but I don't use FB for these purposes. It's easy and understandable and it will support potentially trying Sales Navigator again. I like the engagement it creates.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

Sometimes I don't realize it stops posting and for example I had to sign up again. I am sure this has something to do with our internal controls but I went about 3 months with no posts on this. I do find I still get greater engagement from my personalized posts and not sure if there is a way to make the posts feel or look less automatically generated.

**What problems is DSMN8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just more engagement in the market place and I find people in my networks recognize me more in the market with these posts.

**What do you like best about DSMN8?**

I just love how easy it is to use. In a matter of a few clicks, I can post our company-generated content to my LinkedIn (or other social media sources), either for immediate posting or future scheduling it so I can manage my next 30-6- days of announcements. As a BD, this helps me with my sales outreach tremendously. I use this service every month in order to stay engaged with my client base. I was also shocked at how easy it was to integrate to my LinkedIn account. It's really a no-brainer to implement this into your salesforce to exapnd your market reach model.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

The points / rewards system is lacking capabilities, and I'm not even sure if I'm able to get anything out of my "points" earned.

How to reach to my customer base with announcement / news about our company, in order to eventually drum up more sales.

**What do you like best about DSMN8?**

I like the automation feature of DSMN8 because it saves me a lot of time. First, I spend some time choosing the kinds of posts I would like to share, giving permission to my LinkedIn platform, and setting the days and times for sharing. After setting it up, I rarely need to check what it is posting, yet I see that everything gets posted automatically as scheduled. The initial setup was quite easy, taking about ten to fifteen minutes. This feature is very helpful because it reduces the manual effort significantly.

**What do you dislike about DSMN8?**

As of now, I think DSMN8 is doing quite good. But maybe more about the analytics. It can more improve at the analytics, like the person who is reaching to my post. It belongs from which countries, even they can share the name of those persons who work their analytics or how many times they spend on my post while reading that and all those things. So these kinds of analytics can be improved further.

What I like best about DSMN8 – The Employee Advocacy Platform is how simple and effective it makes employee advocacy. It allows employees to easily share relevant, approved content on their social networks without any extra effort, which helps amplify the company’s voice in a very authentic way.

So easy to use. Constantly updated. Love the internal interaction and simple scoring system. The email updates when there's a new post are awesome! Love this system, and it's been less than a month. Oh and love how you can set posts for certain days and times.

I like DSMN8 - The Employee Advocacy Platform because it motivates employees to see what's happening in the company and creates a sort of small competition among those who want to share information about the company. This keeps us going to spread the word and gives us an incentive to talk about the company. I also appreciate how it clearly shows which posts have been shared and provides analytics like clicks without having to worry about collecting them. The setup was very self-explanatory and easy, as we didn't have to do much to connect or create an account.

Using DSMN8 daily helps me keep my LinkedIn active and relevant with company information.

I honestly have not had any issues with DSMN8 at all. I have not had a reason to contact customer service, I have not had any errors while posting onto a social media platform, and I have not encountered anything which I was not able to solve myself.
