"Great for internal team/group posts."
What do you like best about DSMN8?

The best thing about DSMN8 is to catch up on what your teammates are up to and posting. It is basically like a LinkedIn for your company. You can post things for only certain groups, for only internal people, for different Teams and from LinkedIn to DSMN8. You can also filter and search by who posted it. You can add colleagues just like other social media and then my company defaulted me to be friends with all of our company Sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I don't like having to login each time I receive an email from work to check something out. It is just one more platform to have to check and keep up with. It is relatively easy to use and create a post. Just have to understand the categories that your company has setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Christel, thank you for the detailed review! Love the "LinkedIn for your company" description - that internal connectivity and content discovery across teams is exactly what we're going for. On the login friction, it's worth checking with your admin about SSO options, which can remove the need to log in separately each time. All the best, Emily

"Clearer ROI on advocacy"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

Good balance between control and freedom

Marketing teams can guide messaging, but employees still have flexibility. That balance is rare and important.

Scales well across teams

Whether it’s a small company or a global org, it adapts pretty well without becoming complicated.

If I had to sum it up: DSMN8 works because it understands human behavior—not just marketing mechanics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

Even with a good platform, employees won’t share forever unless the content stays fresh and relevant.

Feeds can start to feel repetitive

Engagement drops if posts feel too “marketing-driven” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface with Stellar Content Scheduling"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I appreciate DSMN8 for its clean and easy-to-navigate interface, which makes it straightforward to use. The analytical dashboard when you first log in is great, providing everything I need to get started efficiently. The content scheduling feature is really cool because it allows me to plan and schedule posts ahead of time, which is particularly useful for managing a busy schedule in corporate environments like Bayer. Setting up the software was very simple and not challenging at all, making it easy to start and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The user interface could be improved. Whenever I open the design unit, I see a lot of content, making it hard to filter through. We need a filter button to select the content I require instead of juggling through all the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Selina Sher Gill of DSMN8

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you're enjoying using the platform.

"Essential for Social Engagement and Brand Consistency"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I like how easy DSMN8 is to use. The platform provides ready-to-share content that aligns with Percepta's messaging, so I don't have to spend time creating posts or thinking about what to share. I can simply review the updates and choose which ones I want to share with my network, and I share all of them. I also appreciate that it allows employees like me to become social ambassadors, giving us an opportunity to showcase our company's culture, celebrate achievements, and highlight the great work our teams are doing. At the same time, it helps strengthen Percepta's presence online while allowing employees like us to build our professional network and personal brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I think one area that could be improved in DSMN8 is the variety and frequency of content updates. Sometimes, there are limited posts available to share. So it would be great if more regular updates or different types of content could be added. This would give social ambassadors more options and keep the platform more engaging. Another thing that could be improved is the personalization. While the ready-to-share content is helpful, I think it would be nice if there were more options to easily customize the message so employees can add their own voice while still staying aligned with the company's brand. But, overall, DSMN8 is a great platform, but increasing content variety and allowing a bit more flexibility and personalization could make the experience even better for employees and ambassadors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Jeamuel, thank you for the kind words! It's fantastic to hear that DSMN8 is helping you build your personal brand while championing Percepta's culture and achievements.

On the content variety, we'd recommend raising this with your program admins directly. They can increase the frequency and diversity of posts available to ambassadors, and feedback from active sharers like yourself is exactly what helps them prioritize that.

Thanks again for being such an enthusiastic ambassador! All the best, Emily

"Highly Efficient Content Filtering with DSMN8"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I appreciate using DSMN8 for getting global updates and sharing impactful news specific to my region and client demographics. The platform helps me with time management, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee while reviewing new articles and setting automatic sharing. This makes my social media presence regular and focused without having to remember to do so. I like the filtering feature, as it helps me navigate through a large company's vast array of Subject Matter Experts, departments, and divisions, ensuring that the content is relevant to my audience. Being in the Canadian Division of GGB, I find it helpful that I can narrow down my market. I'm also bilingual, so it’s great that DSMN8 provides content suitable for both our French and English-speaking communities. Additionally, I like how the platform supports not just work-related content but also events globally supported by Gallagher by subject. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I think DSMN8 could use more filters, more regional content, and generally more content. The library for Canadian business isn't that extensive, and since insurance markets vary, people connect better when the content is relevant to their locale. The initial setup was a bit confusing; a little 'how-to' guide and a Q&A would have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Marie-Line! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review. It's great to hear that DSMN8 is helping you stay consistent on social media while fitting seamlessly into your morning routine. That's exactly the kind of advocacy we aim to support.

We're especially pleased that the filtering features are working well for you and that the bilingual content is serving both your French and English-speaking audiences.

Your feedback on regional content is really valuable. For more localized Canadian content, we'd encourage you to reach out to your program admins - they're best placed to request and prioritize content that reflects your specific market and the nuances of regional insurance. The more they hear from advocates like you about what's needed, the better they can shape the content library.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being such an engaged advocate for Gallagher!

All the best, Emily

"Carefree, Curated LinkedIn Presence That’s Easy to Use"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I like that its automatic and curated to a certain extent. It provides me with care free presence on Linkedin. I understand FB is an option but I don't use FB for these purposes. It's easy and understandable and it will support potentially trying Sales Navigator again. I like the engagement it creates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

Sometimes I don't realize it stops posting and for example I had to sign up again. I am sure this has something to do with our internal controls but I went about 3 months with no posts on this. I do find I still get greater engagement from my personalized posts and not sure if there is a way to make the posts feel or look less automatically generated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lewis Gray of DSMN8

Hi, Brent! Thank you for leaving us such an amazing review. We're thrilled to hear that posting on LinkedIn via DSMN8 is helping you build your personal brand within the industry. We're always working on new features to enhance your performance on social media, so watch this space! Thanks again, and we hope you continue to enjoy using the platform.

"The best way to automate company-wide announcements to your network"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I just love how easy it is to use. In a matter of a few clicks, I can post our company-generated content to my LinkedIn (or other social media sources), either for immediate posting or future scheduling it so I can manage my next 30-6- days of announcements. As a BD, this helps me with my sales outreach tremendously. I use this service every month in order to stay engaged with my client base. I was also shocked at how easy it was to integrate to my LinkedIn account. It's really a no-brainer to implement this into your salesforce to exapnd your market reach model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The points / rewards system is lacking capabilities, and I'm not even sure if I'm able to get anything out of my "points" earned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Selina Sher Gill of DSMN8

Hey Armin, Selina here from DSMN8. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. We really appreciate it! It's always great to hear feedback from DSMN8 users.

"Automation Made LinkedIn Sharing Effortless"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I like the automation feature of DSMN8 because it saves me a lot of time. First, I spend some time choosing the kinds of posts I would like to share, giving permission to my LinkedIn platform, and setting the days and times for sharing. After setting it up, I rarely need to check what it is posting, yet I see that everything gets posted automatically as scheduled. The initial setup was quite easy, taking about ten to fifteen minutes. This feature is very helpful because it reduces the manual effort significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

As of now, I think DSMN8 is doing quite good. But maybe more about the analytics. It can more improve at the analytics, like the person who is reaching to my post. It belongs from which countries, even they can share the name of those persons who work their analytics or how many times they spend on my post while reading that and all those things. So these kinds of analytics can be improved further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Mukesh, thank you for such a detailed review! A 10-15 minute setup that then runs itself is exactly the experience we want people to have. Really appreciate the audience insights feedback too, we'll make sure it reaches the product team. All the best, Emily

"Effortless and Authentic Employee Advocacy Made Simple"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

What I like best about DSMN8 – The Employee Advocacy Platform is how simple and effective it makes employee advocacy. It allows employees to easily share relevant, approved content on their social networks without any extra effort, which helps amplify the company’s voice in a very authentic way.

The platform is user-friendly, time-saving, and well-organized, making it easy to stay consistent on social media while still keeping posts personal. I also appreciate how DSMN8 helps track engagement and impact, so both employees and the organization can clearly see the value of advocacy efforts.

Overall, DSMN8 strikes a great balance between control and authenticity, enabling employees to become confident brand advocates while helping the organization reach a wider audience organically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

One area where DSMN8 could improve is in offering a bit more flexibility around content customization and scheduling. While the platform makes sharing very easy, having additional options to personalize posts or manage timing more granularly would help employees better align content with their individual audiences.

Additionally, as with any advocacy platform, its effectiveness depends heavily on the freshness and relevance of the content provided. Expanding content variety and industry-specific options could further enhance engagement.

That said, these are more opportunities for enhancement than major drawbacks, and they don’t take away from the overall value DSMN8 provides in enabling simple, consistent, and effective employee advocacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lewis Gray of DSMN8

Hi Rahul. It was a pleasure reading your feedback, so thank you so much for leaving us a review. I'm glad to hear that DSMN8 is making it easy for you to share relevant content with your network. I hope you continue to enjoy using the tool!

"So Easy to Use: Simple Scoring, Great Interaction, and Helpful Email Updates"
What do you like best about DSMN8?

So easy to use. Constantly updated. Love the internal interaction and simple scoring system. The email updates when there's a new post are awesome! Love this system, and it's been less than a month. Oh and love how you can set posts for certain days and times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

Not a fan of having a maximum amount of posts a day. That needs to change ASAP. Also, wish there was a way to set a post for future dates and times. As in, every Monday I want to post something at 8am until the end of the month. That would be great! Run in to certain months where our industry has a "topic". I'd like to cover that topic with a preset post until month end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lewis Gray of DSMN8

Hi Eddy. Lewis here from DSMN8. I just wanted to say thank you for leaving us such a positive review! It's great to understand how you're using the platform to maintain a social media presence. Regarding the maximum number of shares per day, this is handled at an admin level, so you may want to speak with your program manager about it. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you continue to enjoy using DSMN8 💪
