"Druva Data Security Cloud: Reliable SaaS-Based Data Protection"
5/5
What do you like best about Druva Data Security Cloud?

Druva is easy to use, with a clean dashboard that makes backups and restores straightforward even for non-specialists. Implementation was simple since it’s fully cloud-native, with no hardware to manage, though setting up policies and roles required some planning. My frequency of use is regular, as I check backup status, test restores, and run compliance reports. The number of features is strong, covering automated backups, ransomware protection, compliance tracking, and endpoint coverage. Integration is smooth with platforms like AWS, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce, giving us centralized data protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?

While the platform is user-friendly, the reporting features could be more customizable for detailed compliance needs. Customer support is knowledgeable, but response times for advanced queries can sometimes be slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Backup with Reliable Data Recovery"
5/5
What do you like best about Druva Data Security Cloud?

I really appreciate how Druva Data Security Cloud efficiently bundles everything together within the Druva environment, which means I don't have to manage multiple portals or components. This consolidation delivers a seamless experience, allowing me to operate everything through a single interface, or as I describe it, a 'single pane of glass.' The simplicity of having everything centralized within Druva makes the management of data security incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, setting up the system was a breeze. We quickly figured out how to establish the necessary connectors, and once that was done, the data just flowed effortlessly. This ease of use is a significant advantage, and it reflects the intuitive and user-friendly design of Druva Data Security Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?

I find the notifications aspect could be improved, especially regarding settings that become permanent once configured. For instance, the security settings lack adequate notification clarity. Some of the alerts, particularly those related to licensing, are excessively noisy. It would be beneficial if I could exclude them or adjust their thresholds to prevent unnecessary interruptions. "Effortless Cloud-Native Security with Seamless Scalability"
5/5
What do you like best about Druva Data Security Cloud?

What I like best about Druva Data Security Cloud is its true cloud-native architecture—no hardware, no patching, and no maintenance. This SaaS model eliminates complexity and scales effortlessly, which is a huge advantage for global organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?

While Druva excels in cloud-native backup and SaaS protection, its support for Hyper-V environments is not as refined compared to VMware or AWS workloads. The feature set feels limited, and configuration options for Hyper-V backups lack the same depth and flexibility offered for other platforms. For organizations heavily invested in Hyper-V, this can create challenges in achieving consistent backup and recovery workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
