Remember those old backup systems where you'd cross your fingers and hope everything worked? Yeah, Druva's the opposite of that. It just works. Everything's automated, and I can restore anything I need in minutes – a single email, a whole folder, even an entire Shared Drive. It's like magic, but the reliable kind.
One of the biggest time-savers has been Druva's support for SCIM. Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of users has streamlined our user management significantly. More GUI functions would be nice, but everything I requested has been available via API. So far no dislikes about Druva Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mistakes happen, accidents happen, and when your data is critical you need the best backup. I trust DRUVA to be there when I need it. I can log in and restore data in a flash making my job easier. Setting up a new endpoint is easy, and there is nothing my end user needs to do, it could not be easier to set up. I log into the console at least once a week, and find it easy to use. Very easy to setup on the backend. We were able to use this in conjunction with Work Space One to push out the agent to users laptops and configure the profiles to backup exactly what they needed with ease. It's very easy for end users to grab what they need from the backup and if a laptop fails, we have easily been able to rebuild on another machine. No complaints from end users about missing data or the time it takes to restore which is critical in the backup space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found too much that we dislike. Would liketo see an integration with Slack or Teams that allows end users to seamlessy restart their backup if it failed or paused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This backup software is great and easy to use. There are plenty of options for backing up as well. VMWare, Hyper-V, File Servers, MS-SQL, NAS, Oracle, SAP HANA and Nutanix AHV. Not only are the many options quite easy to set up but the support and onboarding teams are unmatched.
Another great thing that I like about Druva is the ability to restore into a sandbox environment that is supplied by Druva to test and make sure that the restore will work as I need it to before restoring into my actual environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Druva has saved alot of time. Once a system is set up to back up, it does exactly that. I can support my end users from anywhere or walk them through recovery for themselves. Switch screens and I am able to track and monitor the back ups on my M365 including Entra. Reporting is effective and can be triggered on what I want to know. Simple and configurable profiles for backup. Easy full or per-file restores. The ediscovery and federated search is a great feature to have if you choose. It has been a software that is mostly set and forget and email reports ensure continued complaince. Having Druva as a single location for endpoint backup as well as 365 makes restore jobs much quicker and easier. We wish the Phoenix cloud server backup was more cost effective so that we could purchase this as well. Addionally, it's lack of exchange support made this a pass. But for endpoints and 365 we have been more than happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup of Druva was one of the more simplier setups Ive ever done in my 12 years of IT. The engineer from Druva was very helpful. The cloud to cloud setup allows me not have a huge footprint in my virtual enviorment unlike with Veeam and 11:11 where it took 6 VMs for the backups to work.
