The customer support is very good and helpful. I had many questions regarding sourcing, shipping, and products. The support team was very helpful in answering these questions. They also helped speed up the sourcing process because I needed a supplier as soon as possible, so I am very thankful for that. The app itself is also very good and easy to navigate. I have previously had problems with other sourcing apps, where sourcing was a bit troublesome. However, with Dropshipman, it was very easy to source the products I wanted, which saved me a lot of time going back and forth. I like how their Inventory Management works, the platform offers features for inventory tracking and management, which helps users keep tabs on stock levels in real-time. They also prioritize product quality and reliability to maintain trust with their clients. The application is very easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop, which is very important as we can just access it everywhere as long as we have an internet connection and I find it very convenient.
