"Secure and Convenient File Management for Teams"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I appreciate Dropbox for being easy to use and for its cloud storage capabilities that allow me to access files safely and securely without the need for a pen drive or another drive, which could risk deletion. It's easy to log in and access my files any time, which is very helpful. Additionally, Dropbox is straightforward to set up, and it's essential for everyone in my team to use as it allows us to transfer files easily from one system to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I like everything overall, and it has met all of our technology needs. That said, there are a few tools that could still be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Efficient File Sharing Solution"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like most about Dropbox is its simplicity and reliability. It makes file storage and sharing seamless, with easy syncing across devices. The interface is intuitive, and collaboration features like shared folders and version history make it efficient for team workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

While Dropbox is reliable, storage pricing can become expensive as usage grows. Sometimes syncing large files can take time, and managing shared folders across multiple users can get slightly confusing without proper organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations, Strong Security, and Real-Time Collaboration That Scales"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I particularly appreciate the seamless integrations with other business tools, the strong security features, and the ability to scale as our needs grow. These qualities make it much easier for sales teams to collaborate on proposals, presentations, and client documents in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One key area is pricing competitiveness, particularly for smaller teams or growing businesses that compare the platform with bundled solutions. Currently, certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can slow adoption for cost-sensitive customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features and Usability, But Security and Pricing Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I appreciate most about Dropbox is its user-friendly design, the variety of features it offers, and how straightforward file sharing is. i use the service multiple times a week multiple times a day. The service is accessible on multiple platforms, and I also like that it automatically saves files and backs them up to the cloud. if i have any issues customer support is really helpful. Personally, I really enjoy using Dropbox Paper. i also love the integration into my slack where i run other services related to my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I’m not happy that there’s no encryption and that my data is shared with third parties. The price is also a bit high when compared to other options available. Additionally, the file size limits are disappointing. Although the speed is reasonable, I still think it could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a must have for businesses sharing files with clients"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Easy link sharing while maintaining privacy. I also appreciate the cloud which allows me to use several devices without having to carry around all the hard drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The sync can be a bit slow. It's also difficult to evaluate what dropbox files are taking up too much space on my hard drive and I should sync to online-only to free up space for greater performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This offers easy and convenient storage for files, pictures, and more. It has been especially helpful for me when traveling and needing to transfer work items between different devices. This is essentially for daily use not only in my work but for personal items as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

At times, I find the Dropbox UI a bit confusing because of the numerous tabs and features it offers. I think there is room for improvement in making the product more user-friendly, which would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dropbox: Effortless File Management"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is extremely easy to use and requires almost no setup, which makes it ideal for everyday work and long-term file organization. I use it as a central hub for storing and organizing creative assets such as images, videos, music, and project files, and it syncs reliably across devices without friction. The folder structure is simple and intuitive, sharing links is straightforward, and files are always accessible when needed. It integrates smoothly into my workflow with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.Very good Customer support. Dropbox is easy to use, even beginners wouldn't have a problem there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

While Dropbox is very reliable, its feature set can feel somewhat limited compared to newer cloud platforms that bundle collaboration tools, editors, or advanced automation. Storage pricing can also become expensive as your library grows, especially for users who mainly need space rather than additional features. Some advanced options are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not feel necessary for users who only want simple cloud storage. That said, these drawbacks don’t affect core functionality — Dropbox remains stable, fast, and trustworthy — but it may not be the most cost-effective option for everyone depending on their storage needs. "Organized File Storage and Easy Team Folder Sharing with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

With Dropbox I love that you are able to create different folders of files and keep them stored in one place but in an organize system. I also love that you can assign different team members to different folders where they can add and access files. In addition, drop box allows you to have enough and a lot of storage for your files and recovery so you never loose them and know where they are at all times. At last, you are also able to edit files directly in one system and the system is able to handle a lot of files t once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

At the moment I don't like that you are not able to lock your folders so it is not leak and someone else is able to access it and also not hack prevented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
