"Budget-Friendly, Seamless File Access with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I use Dropbox for picture and files storage, and I find it very beneficial. It offers easy access to my files even when I don't have service, which is crucial for me. I like that Dropbox is free up to a certain storage limit, making it a cost-effective choice initially. Its navigation is easy and fast, with everything marked clearly and where it should be, which helps me locate what I need quickly. Dropbox shows me recent uploads and notifies me when my storage is getting full, which is really handy. Moreover, their prices are very good compared to other services, making it a cheaper option than Google Drive. The initial setup was very easy, making my transition to Dropbox smooth. It makes collaboration easy with features like shared folders, file syncing, and real-time updates. I find the interface clean and straightforward, which helps me manage documents without any hassle. "Effortless File Access and Sharing Across Devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I value most about Dropbox is its straightforwardness and reliability for storing, syncing, and sharing files across multiple devices. I can conveniently access my documents from both my phone and computer, without worrying about losing important files. Sharing folders or links is quick and hassle-free. The automatic backups and version history are especially helpful for schoolwork or personal projects, as they save time and provide protection against accidental data loss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

A limitation I’ve noticed with Dropbox is that the free storage space gets used up pretty quickly, which can be a drawback unless you opt for a paid plan. The notifications and sync prompts can also become a bit much at times, especially when working on multiple devices. Still, even with these minor annoyances, the overall ease and convenience Dropbox delivers more than compensates for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Dropbox to store my code files, create backups, and share them with my team. I appreciate the flexible workspace, allowing teams to create, review, and organize content in real-time, which enhances productivity and collaboration. I like the real-time collaboration feature where multiple users can simultaneously edit documents with changes instantly visible to all participants. It's also great that multi users can use it without any installation. Dropbox makes it easy to share files, photos, and videos online, reducing the time for uploading and downloading. The initial setup is very easy, as I can just use email and password or log in from my Google account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I'm not happy with the loading issue. It's actually slow compared to Google Drive, which sometimes affects how quickly I can get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations, Strong Security, and Real-Time Collaboration That Scales"

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One key area is pricing competitiveness, particularly for smaller teams or growing businesses that compare the platform with bundled solutions. Currently, certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can slow adoption for cost-sensitive customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I’m not happy that there’s no encryption and that my data is shared with third parties. The price is also a bit high when compared to other options available. Additionally, the file size limits are disappointing. Although the speed is reasonable, I still think it could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy link sharing while maintaining privacy. I also appreciate the cloud which allows me to use several devices without having to carry around all the hard drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The sync can be a bit slow. It's also difficult to evaluate what dropbox files are taking up too much space on my hard drive and I should sync to online-only to free up space for greater performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
