Dropbox paper makes it easy to find the docs you need for each meeting. Don’t have a meeting agenda yet? Use Paper’s smart templates to create one and its very easy to use and it also let you add comments to a specific part of an image, attributions .

It’s a great tool for ad-hoc, informal, collaborative on-line documents, especially ones which change frequently.

Dropbox is easy to share documents with users in a team - even (especially) if the team is made up of users from multiple organizations. Have tried using similar sharing apps but it is very cumbersome and convoluted to get outside organizations set up to share. Dropbox makes it easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set up and use by creating a dropbox account. It makes creation, handling and excecution of projects easy as it helps bring my project team together. It's accesible through the mobile app therefor, I can easily access work documents and files away from the office/workspace.
