I love this software in large quantities, because it offers much needed functions in its entirety of its operation, which is versatile for any company that wants to use Dropbox Paper, providing backup copies to save all the important documents they own, protect them under any circumstance, which is one of the many similar functions that the storage system acquires, including its large capacity, which gives all its users an unprecedented and unshakable confidence. It may be this high-budget software, and it makes low productivity companies unable to pay the monthly payment, suggesting that these companies are not in the availability of data storage security, even that the tools of the views the previous ones are of low quality, mentioning that the idea of these visualizations is to be able to see them without having to download the application, since it is mandatory if you want to appreciate the images with higher quality. Dropbox Paper has very clean UI. It's also a very user-friendly product overall, which is not overloaded by a ton of unnecessary features. The documents created in Dropbox Paper are pretty impressive too, as you can easily add/edit text, leave comments, add tables, images and even embed other media. The UI is not crowded and well-thought, making sure you can focus on your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really, it's a great addition to Dropbox's family of products. The only issue probably is the lack of control over email notifications. Would've been great if they'd allow the users to send-out and email notifications to all users on the document after it has been edited. That would signal other users that document is ready for their input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Dropbox Paper because it supports different formatting options, such as Bold, Underline, or Italic. Another feature that I like is that it has applications to mobile devices such as Android, so that it can carry out reading on a smartphone. On the other hand, it has excellent collaboration tools, for commenting on document pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like files to be displayed differently in folders. I consider that when ordering documents by lists it is more difficult to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The comment and tracking features are lacking in ease of organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dropbox paper offered an easy way for my team to collaboratively take and share notes. BY using Paper we are better at keeping track of meetings action items and are able to get more work done. At current the offering is a very simple collaborative note-taking app but the team at Dropbox seem to be adding new features quite often which provide even more uses. There is not much to dislike outside of its simplicity. If you are looking for something with a multitude of features I would not recommend it yet. The only other small gripe I have is with the interface for moving around tables/graphics. Sometimes it just doesn't seem to let me drop things where I want. This is a small concern but worth noting as it can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the product to control customer and employee data and also several people need to access the list, so that Dropbox Paper facilitates access to one of the important information without the need to send documents by email and other means, the file sharing performs even more actions and increased productivity with its virtual access, where everyone can update their data.
