Dropbox Paper lets my team collaborate in real time, so we can work directly on the same document from different locations. It's great because we used Dropbox for filing sharing all day, so this reduces the number of softwares/modes of communication we need and streamlines the process. The main issue is since my team is all sharing the same account, once we try to invite someone not on our dropbox it creates problems. In dropbox paper, there are a lot of disadvantages.

1. dropbox paper has set default storage. If you want to increase the storage, then you need to purchase it.

2. You need to fix the formatting of the document
