This tool is extremely simple. It is very easy to use and the templates it provides are useful for organizing certain kinds of information. As they indicate, it is a collaborative tool and allows not only to visualize the current status of the document, but also the edits made by each contributor and add comments to each of their contributions. This is a tool that I really love allows me to edit online files that are already mounted on my cloud, and I can also share it with my team and everyone just by logging into their account can edit the file and the whole team can go working on the same file and make comments and everything is saved automatically, and it is free what I think is extremely important, also has an interface extremely easy to use and simple, also has templates that allows you to have an idea of the type of document you want to create. The limitations to perform more complex configurations are limited. It is a well-rounded program for simpler accomplishments without any resources to make the document more professional. Dropbox paper is a software that has been in use in our organization for close to two years now. We ate utilizing this tool in document management.

One best thing that I like most about the Dropbox Paper is the ability to allow got collaboration between individuals. One is able to invite other members to work on the same document as you. The collaboration among multiple members in the same document improves on teamwork, saves time and in the end improves on work production.

I love the fact that this software well integrates with other tools such as Dropbox Google drive apps, youTube and many more. The collaboration between the tool it integrated with increase workflow.

Dropbox paper has advanced editing feature that allows one to create a nice document. Given that it well integrated with other products one can incorporate others thing such as videos from youtube that will help you come up with a nice presentation.

I love that this tool is cloud-based. This helps us in retrieving our data in an easy way. You do not need to carry hard drives everywhere all you need it's a good internet connection.

By providing us with some cloud storage space, the team is able to create a common working area in which everyone can make a contribution towards the task at hand. Being able to assign tasks and synch with our calendar is the best! Smart synch makes it easy to keep track of documents with my coworkers without having to recreate the document after each change or forward revisions back and forth.
