I like that it is easy to use, the design is simple and not cluttered, and I like that it is fairy easy to use as a collaboration tool when it comes to documents. I dislike that all documents are public (within the company) and that restriction cannot be applied, and I also do not like that I cannot easily draw charts (working processes, organizational charts, diagrams etc.) but instead, I also need to work with other tools and then integrate them in paper, which requires additional time for opening accounts etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dropbox Paper is one of the tools that we are utilizing across the organization as one of our document management tools. I love that it has a cool editing feature that helps add some life to a document. Again we are able to have ourselves collaborating in the same document at the same time that helps in saving time and improves on teamwork.

For me, the best feature of dropbox player is ease of use I love that I can start a document easily on a whim. I had been using microsoft word for the longest time and found myself getting lost in the menus and options with dropbox I can easily adjust all my setting and preferences for my documents. One of my favorite features is the templatize feature that allows you to start a doc based on what you want to write such as a quick brainstorm, project plans, or even meeting notes. Like every program that is used by thousands of users, there are always points that they can be improved on. With Dropbox Paper I found improvements that can be made to your app that is used on mobile devices. I love how easy and quick anything is with Dropbox Paper. Start typing and it feels like the flow and UX is exactly what you want it to be. It's deceptively powerful too, you can make lists, create tables, and documents that have multiple action items for different users very easily and quickly.
