Dropbox Paper Pros and Cons

What I like most about Dropbox Paper is that it allows you to write the same document for several people since it works from the cloud. In this way each result is richer because it brings the contribution of several people who put their grain of sand at the time of developing a document. I could say that the price to be paid for this service is lower than that of some similar programs that are in the market. The interface design is simple and from the functional point of view very accessible. Anyone can handle it perfectly in a matter of days. It would improve and shorten the response times of the technical service personnel. When I have contacted it, they have lasted up to 48 hours to respond to what delays our work and becomes somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise the experience with this software has been positive. You must improve the technical support service. On two occasions we have had problems with the program and when we have tried to contact the help team the answers they have provided have not been very useful. The best thing about Dropbox Paper is that it allows us to work as a team because we can write a document, add comments and make our contributions simultaneously as it works from the cloud service. If we want to access the document in question we can do it from any device with an internet connection.
