Dropbox paper makes it easy to find the docs you need for each meeting. Don’t have a meeting agenda yet? Use Paper’s smart templates to create one and its very easy to use and it also let you add comments to a specific part of an image, attributions .
It’s a great tool for ad-hoc, informal, collaborative on-line documents, especially ones which change frequently.

Easy to set up and use by creating a dropbox account. It makes creation, handling and excecution of projects easy as it helps bring my project team together. It's accesible through the mobile app therefor, I can easily access work documents and files away from the office/workspace.
