It is really helpful to know when recipients are looking at the material you sent them, how long they are spending and what they are focusing on. The fundraising process involves a lot of optimisation as you go along, so by knowing what parts of your deck etc are being looked at the most, and what parts are being ignored allows you to constantly improve your material. It is a pain having to open Docsend to create new links, and there is not an easier way. Docsend doesn't really easily integrate with a lot of tools - so its a bit time consuming. I use pipedrive as CRM and there is no integration. Would be really convenient if there was a integration with Pitch.com - automatically upload documents and control access. I love DocSend! It's so easy to send documents to anyone. I pick the content I want to send, copy the link, and then send it to the prospect via email. They can share this link with anyone without having to request access to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design is trendy compared to other products. It uses color or font very well and uses serif typefaces very well.

The function is simple and can be seen intuitively. All unnecessary information can be hidden and used intuitively well.

Statistical information is very accurate, and it is very innovative to be linked in real-time.

Folder management is easy and well-implemented with other clouds.

Some files such as Excel and Word are not recognized. You can simply download it. It can be linked to other products, but sometimes DocSend can't.

They are overpriced. Even though there are not so many functions in itself, the price is honestly high.

It is impossible to upload a file that is not to be used as a format, format the uploaded file, and change it back to a regular file. This is very inconvenient.

Modal windows are created when creating links, and modal windows are created when watermarks or other functions are selected.

The two modal windows are very uncomfortable.

I do not dislike anything glaring on the platform. There is one component where I have a business account but the platform shows me that I have a personal account. It is a little confusing as to why that is happening, though. The way files are organized could also be a little better because the folders and sub-folders' appearance isn't great. How integrated the e-sign is into the main offering.

Generally, I have used them for the past few years and they work great. Interoperability is Docsend's strongest point.

That there are limited number of fields for e-sig, limited number of documents allowed.

Their e-sign is a great starting point though for this new offering. I'd like to think that they will expand the number of total documents allowed to many more than the existing limit.

Also, I do believe that the price paid for docsend is a bit higher than other competing solutions. I see the value of easier use, but still believe they should introduce a startup offering. Typically, such firms offer a free tier for accelerator-sponsored startups for at least a year, so I highly recommend it for Docsend.

Recently I started trying to use Docsend for their e-sign. However, it is a bit challenging to say whether I will stick to the product as much. The restrictions I mentioned above is the reason behind my hesitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
