What do you like best about DocSend?

DocSend has been the key tool in automating our b2b sales process. The ability to control access to documents, update links seamlessly and track time on pages has really helped to hone our content. I never send .pdfs anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocSend?

The only change that I would make to DocSend would be to make videos playable within documents (rather than clicking on the link and then having a pop up appear. This would be a more seamless experience and I suspect that many people don't actually click the links so an autoplay option would also be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem that DocSend solves for us is version control. We're able to make sure that everyone has the latest documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocSend?

Super useful to organize documents, share and track who has viewed our documents. We used DocSend for our Series A fundraise and it was a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DocSend:

It is definitely worth it to invest in Doc Send if you are fundraising - just easier to organize and track your document views per investor compared to Google Drive or Box. However, it is expensive so if you are cost conscious this might not be the platform for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile viewing experience is not very good. I like to use DocSend on my phone, and it's not a great experience. While I would prefer a mobile app, I'd be happy with a better mobile web experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocSend?

Simple to use and create links and invites to select or group of people for reviewing documents.

Easy to track who's viewing what document and % completion and time spent.

Additional higher plan allows NDA and other benefits such as grouped documents instead of individually sharing links to a single person or group.

Great support, team, additional value added services from the team and company.

What do you dislike about DocSend?

Not many that I can think of but wish the lower priced plan had the NDA feature and also grouping feature. Might also be useful to have validated email protection on the lower price plan too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
