For the moment, honestly, if I have to tell for any "problem", is that not always show you the exact location from where they are looking at the document. Sometimes I get some bogus requests to book some weddings (industrial espionage), and an accurate way to know from where they are looking the document, helps to detect this some times. I like being able to see how and how-often my stakeholders are engaging with the materials I send them. With the signature tool, I couldn’t find out what’s the best practice on actually signing it by the author. As an author of the doc, I had to open it in another browser so I could sign that, which is probably not the intended way... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite is the tracking feature, which allows me to get valuable insights from potential customers, like if they actually reviewed the documentation that I sent, how much time they spent on each page, and what sections of the document caught their attention. Also, the Gmail integration is amazing because it allows me to add files with two clicks without forgetting to attach them.
