"Slightly confusing, maybe better for product based businesses and ecommerce?"
What do you like best about Drip?

I like the tone of Drip, cheeky, contemporary and refreshing. The layout was also very easy to navigate, modern and fun. Overall, I like it in theory but struggled to apply its use best in practice. I love the suggested drip email sequences, wish there was more of these for different business purposes! I also liked the detailed analytics of each email. I also appreciate how you automatically updated the policy based on new laws which saved me from looking up what these legal changes mean for email marketing! What do you dislike about Drip?

the terminology, for example, the difference between tags, events, flows etc. I never knew what to use when. I watched the tutorials but struggled to apply it to my business. It would have been great to have a one to one session with an expert to personalise this further. It would have been great to include some tips on increasing open rates based on googles suggestions so I can be sure it's more likely to land in someone's inbox. "Marketing automation in a very user friendly manner"
What do you like best about Drip?

It is super user friendly and intuitive to use. It has a lot of advanced features that will help you scale your setup.

In terms of functionality by rules and automations, the sky is the limit - it can pretty much do anything you want it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The visual builder is still somewhat limited in terms of customizability. It is not possible to have a multi-currency setup in one account. It lacks options to easily reuse customer information from Drip to personalize your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visually appealing ESP and ECRM"
What do you like best about Drip?

The interface is easy to use and has enough functionality to help me get done what I need to. E-commerce automation and custom workflows are solid and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

I wish that it was easier to customize the emails we are sending out. I know the builder is fairly intuitive and I still wish I had more control over the WYSIWYG interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stop hacking it out -- just use drip"
What do you like best about Drip?

Before using Drip, our teams would always write some internal "follow-up email" script to send out engagement emails to new users. This "worked", but we were always stuck with a simple system that was hard to update and expand. In comes Drip... wow.

Drip supports all of the "logic" we already needed for sending emails, plus many many more options. Our follow up email campaigns are so much more flexible, and on top of it all, we now see metrics like open rate and click rate! This, finally, allowed us to see if our emails were even working and to test out different versions of the same email.

After Drip, our response rate increased by over 150% - on just the first email.

Drip also has a ton of integrations, like Stripe, that helped us add "delinquent payment" emails, "thanks for upgrading" emails, and so many other cool things were never able to do before.

Their support, also, is top-notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

If you're doing this manually right now, there are 0 downsides to using Drip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great ESP and Automated Marketing Tool"
What do you like best about Drip?

Ease of use and results. With their Automated Marketing system, we now send the right email, with the right message, at the right time to the right subscriber. It also helps us create synergies between the emails we are sending to our subscribers and the ads we are showing to our Social Media audiences. We immediately implement the Welcome On-boarding Campaigns (with a 60-day series of ±10 emails), Blueprint (Shareable) Automated Workflows & Rules (shopping cart & category abandonment, Facebook Lead Generations & Custom Audience integration, etc.) and initial Lead Scoring. What do you dislike about Drip?

I ran into an issue with Drip and Shopify, where Spam email addresses were sneaking through. The staff at Drip had a solution at hand and that solved the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, very efficient"
What do you like best about Drip?

The ease with which I can create campaigns and broadcasts. The way everything is set up just makes sense.

I love that they've recently added a workflow feature, so creating funnels gets even easier. I've contacted customer service a couple of times and they've always helped me really well - they're quick to reply and I actually feel like I'm talking to a human being instead of a computer. They really try and help you and are quick to come up with solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

It's a little hard to connect with some other apps, but most of the time I just use Zapier to connect Drip with whatever I want and that works really well. It's also hard to re-add an unsubscribed user when they've bought something with you, but customer service always helps me out with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Big Fan of Drip"
What do you like best about Drip?

I have always been a little skeptic when it comes to email marketing platforms similar to Drip however in just a few days I was hooked and building campaigns, browser abandonment campaigns, lead magnets, and post-experience follow-ups to gain more customer reviews about our business.

Drip is a very reliable and user-friendly platform. With little background in email marketing platform experience I was concerned about whether or not I was going to be able fully utilize the software to maximize our return on investment and increase our sales. However, with a little bit of trial and error plus the help from internal FAQ and tutorials I was able to get a much better feel for the software. Over the past few months we have seen our funnels increase tremendously with more customers working their way through each of our campaigns and one-time broadcasts. The lead magnet was a great tool for us to increase our email database as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

Up until this point I do not have anything that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation that works and good to look at"
What do you like best about Drip?

I like the automation workflows, rules and the email editors. Also their API is very convenient so I can wire it with my apps and CRM. The design is modern and refreshing. TOns of tutorials and instructions that are easy to follow.

The graphs are nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The node view for the workflows is hard to navigate when having several conditionals or parallel workflows. The nodes can go out of the viewport even if they are just a few. It's very hard to visualize the whole workflow, and it's annoying.

Also, I'm not too sure that the metrics are accurate. I've seen some numbers a bit off. It's hard to know which user clicked on what part of the emails. And when a user replies to an email, it seems that Drip isn't aware of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Drip as an Independent Musician and Blogger"
What do you like best about Drip?

First of all, Drip is easy to use and has a friendly interface. It has all of the bells and whistles but it's not overwhelming. I can also easily see the sales that came in that were both Drip attributed and non-Drip attributed, as Drip syncs seamlessly with all of the major e-commerce platforms (I use both Shopify and WooCommerce with Drip). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

I would like to see a little integration with some WordPress tools, such as Thrive Themes (specifically Thrive Leads), which I used for my core sites. But there is a simple workaround that I use to capture Drip leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and yet easy to use"
What do you like best about Drip?

Drip is a full-featured email tool. The power and features are unbelievable. And yet it's also simple to use. It is elegant and does exactly what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

The only negative with Drip is that it costs — but it's worth it considering what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
