**What do you like best about Drift?**

I think it's a great way to provide real time communication with prospects. It allows them to be able to book a meeting with us even when we are not there. I think that's probably the best thing I like about Drift.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It could probably do a better job of filtering prospects out to ensure you receive the right people per territory. This comes into play with multiple territories and product solutions.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's allowing me to speak to prospects in real time which is very beneficial for me. It allows me to message prospects when they are in most need of the info, so there is no back and forth with email.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

What I appreciate most about Drift is its ability to transform website chats into immediate sales opportunities. The platform efficiently routes complex customer inquiries to the appropriate representative, allows for instant meeting scheduling, and integrates smoothly with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Marketo. Drift is especially well-suited for B2B SaaS companies aiming to accelerate their sales pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Drift tends to be slower and consumes heavy memory, and I find the pricing structure to be somewhat unclear. The user interface is rather plain, lacking any standout visual elements. Additionally, the cost is quite high, making it more appropriate for enterprise-level teams. It's also harder to implement and slow customer support.

Drift addresses the challenge of lost or unqualified leads by enabling us to convert website visitors into genuine opportunities, schedule meetings instantly, and connect promising prospects with the appropriate team members. Drift is a very good way to get new leads as a sales person. Targeted lead generation with better than average conversion. Does have seamless integration with calendar and custom guardrails that can ebs et according to each users schedule

It lags connection with Salesforce/ not entirely successful.

It has become a high conversion growth engine for our sales teams to get good leads and for our support teams to directly solve customer problems.

To be most effective, you must purchase a seat for your entire sales team. This can be extremely costly.

overall still very good tool to use! The web version works fine, we have some routing bugs from time to time, but they get solved quickly.

Lots if issues before i moved to another role unfortunately!

We can talk to prospects instantly while they show interest in our Product, which is really helpful. We can book in calls quickly or find out their needs and it makes us safe time.

Some new thing that I have been using lately is the calling feature, if any customer gives their contact number I can directly call them, I can also start a quick meeting with them while chatting without any hassle

Customer qualification before adding a sales rep can be slightly improved, rest I think everything is all good till now and I still use it for more than 8 hours a day

  ### 8. Was a good Chatbot, But Major Data Breach and Billing Issues Disappoint

We used the Drift chatbot product for our website and it worked well.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Once Salesloft acquired Drift the customer service went down significantly. They also had a major data breach that impacted the service for 10 days in August https://www.upguard.com/blog/salesloft-drift-breach.

We tried to cancel the renewal, but people from Salesloft kept calling me for payment. Then, out of the blue, I received an email that payment had been processed to Salesloft on my Amex card. They had someone processed the payment using my old card # that had expired last year.

I have used drift in 2 diffrent work places and both of which have been easy to access.
It allows prospects to reach out to us with any questions and book meetings when we aren't available. 

Drfit also has a feature that allows us to view what companies have been using our websites and what they have been browisng, allowing us to target those companies with specific wording in mind. 

If customer support is ever needed from our end they are always quick to respond to our inquiries!

I have used Drift for 4 years and don't have a complaint!

As a Bussiness Development Represntative Drift is beneficial when it comes to prospecting. It allows us to view hot acounts that are browsing our products. I love how conversational Drift feels when talking to a potential prospect. It helps me snag those extra inbound leads each month and provides an easy-to-navigate solution for sales reps to schedule meetings and pre-qualify inbound leads. 

I love how it integrates so easily with Gmail as well, which makes it feel much more streamlined and not just one other platform I need to balance in my tech stack. I check Drift every day, and it has been a great resource for me in a challenging sales year!

Sometimes I receive leads that are from another rep's territory, but I suspect that might be more of an organizational issue via Salesforce than a Drift issue.

I'll break what I like most down into 3 points:
1. I enjoy how easy it is to respond to interested customers and have active pre-discovery calls, this helps shorten my processes for qualifying leads.
2. I like the feature set of the product, ie. theres a prospecting page that shares valuables insights also how easy the implementation process was as well as the integrations with MF Teams and Slack.
3. I like how Drift enables us to better our customer support, A good chunk of our team uses Drift frequently (everyday) and It allows us to better direct leads to our respective business units.

There's not much for me to add for dislikes other than the odd instance of the application crashing and causing issues signing in, it results in leaving customers unanwered.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I'm an SDR in the Cybersecurity space using drift everyday. What I love about Drift is getting real time interactions with potentail customers where I can chat live with them or have a Bot book a meeting for me while I'm busy. Even if I recieve simple notifications indicating there could be some interest, I now know what accounts to start reaching out to! It's super easy to use and straight forward. Highly recommend large orgs with large sales team to give it a try.

One complaint is, some times I have the bot book a meeting for me that isn't aligned to my territory.

As of late my lead flow has died down and Drift helps me figure out who are the warmest prospects to start outbounding into.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I've been using drift for 3 years now. There are two main parts to Drifts platform that I leverage, the chat bot & the prospector dashboard. 

Chat bot: In the time that I've been using drift, dramatic improvements have been made to the fluidity and functionality of the chat. It's handy integrations to CRMs makes it quick to look up a persons background information, plus the link to their website is immediately helps to understand who you are speaking to quickly. 

Prospector Dashboard: Very accurate way of tracking who is on your website, and what they are looking for. There are filters to narrow down to territories or countries and side tabs to expand the view and gain further insights. Compared to other tracking technology, I find drift to be very accurate and fast at alerting me to when a prospect is on our website. 

Highly usefull tool for maximzing inbounds and fueling outbounds.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The prospector dashboard is occasionally glitchy as in the pop up window expanded view does not always load.

Drift enables us to engage in a fast and smooth way with visitors when they come to our site. This coupled with the insights on website visits help to prioritise targeting and speed up the process to book a discovery meeting.

I love how Drift seamlessly allows for customers to get connected within seconds. The world of sales and information is all about the "now." If customers find themselves looking for information, they want it NOW. Luckily with Drift, you can make that experience both pleasant but also streamlined through the AI chatbot, but also once connected, prompts allow of converstations to flow naturally, while also highlighting key information about the customer. Drift has truly revolutionized how customer experience should be in this digital era.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Drift for my organization can sometimes have parameters which can be pointless for enterprise size companies. For example, customer is automatically given a meeting, but that is not a customer that I cover. I wonder if Drift can have more logic built into it to allow for customers to be routed to right coverage team when it comes to the meeting step.

Getting people in touch with their right service need. It feels good knowing that Drift can prevent potential hot leads, and current customers from being lost in the void.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

first of all, I like the logo. The UI (Mac, google chrome) is good. i like how everything is positioned. The features are exactly what we would expect from the product, with bonuses such as /note while working as a team. everything works smoothly, integration with the agenda is great. Didn't have to deal with customer support, but the person that did our training was excellent! He even woke up at 4am his time to do our training.

Initial setup is not easy. I think Drift could improve a lot on that part. It was frustrating to find the option to change the default time your meetings were booked for, and the settings overall. There aren't so many chat in my market so i don't use the product too often unfortunately.

I like that through drift, if I am not available to speak with the person who reached out, the lead can book a meeting with me so that we can speak at a later point in time which works for both os us. I also like that I can set specific requirements for that meeting, such as a buffer time inbetween that meeting and the next, as well as setting a time limit as to how soon a meeting can be booked with me, which gives me enough time to prepare for it.

Whilst it is great that leads can book meetinsg with me direclty, there is a fault in drifts system. My working hours are set from 9-5 however, leads have been able to book meetings with me outside of my working hours, which is quite annoying.

I can qualify leads very easily and direct them to te right departments if they are not a qualified sales lead. Overall, it saves me time in my daily job when I can speak with leads straight away via the chat.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The best thing that Drift Video has is the call to action like "play a 1-minute video", because it clearly states that it is a short video (making it more appealing for people to actually play it), and it also invites people to click on it. It also allows having a chat within each video so that people leaves their comments and it provides insight into the percentage of the video that was played. This tool works amazing for when I need to show a customer how to do X or Y within our platform because it's easier for people to follow instructions from a video rather than a help article, but this has a great potential for prospecting as well. Cherry on top is the encouraging messages that show right before you start recording.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The Chrome extension doesn't work at all times, so sometimes it makes it hard when you know that a video would be the best tool for a specific email. I would love for this to be enhanced in future updates because the product itself is very good.

Drift is a valuable lead collection platform for our team. I like how easy it is to use to create playbooks, and that Drift has improved their product by adding features like AI, A/B testing, and reusable blocks that cut down on the time needed to build playbooks. Drift's customer support team is a joy to work with, and is always there to quicky help. I am in the Drift platform every day both in the application having conversations and creating/editing playbooks. I appreciate their tagging system that we use to integrate with our marketing automation platform for lead creation and event registrations.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

We are not able to view number of conversational landing page downloads or who clicked the download button which would be valuable for our team. Additionally, AI topics cannot be added to reusable blocks which would be helpful to more quickly duplicate the sometimes complicated AI conversation flow!

What I don't like about drift is getting notifications that are not linked to my territory. I wish prospects were required to input their business email so that other common domains were not routed. This would make sifting through drift prospects easier.

Its helping by giving the best possible information of an inbound lead. Marketing leads are not always easily understood. Leads that come from drift are activley speaking to you and letting you know what they need. Playbooks help save our staff so much time, dealing with a large volume of inquiries and job applications. Customer support has been responsive and very helpful. Implementing and integrating the chatbot into our processes has been easy and will be used frequently!

Biggest challenge is that while it integrates to Salesforce, Drift attributes can only be mapped/pushed to the native Salesforce  objects/modules (specifically only to Leads and Contacts objects). This is not ideal since we plan to make several playbooks to help with various processes, so only being able to view all the information under the Leads object for us makes it very 'busy', for lack of a better word. It would be better if Drift could map/push attributes to customized Salesforce objects.

Other dislikes include the inability to test reusable blocks before updating the 'published/active' playbooks they're in and the inability to customize meeting durations (eg, want 20-minute meetings).

Drift is reducing the amount of time our staff spend on responding to inquiries, conducting interviews and scheduling meetings. Our staff appreciate it and we can now redirect their hours spent working to other meaningful tasks.

Hunting down families by call and text just to book a longer phone call is always a pain, but now with Drift it does the heavy lifting for me!  I love that it has multiple unique functions including customizing my own timeframe, connecting with my outlook calendar and sending personalized messages to my families. I love Drift where has this been my whole work career!

Sometimes there has been issues when needing to change the timeframe of a meeting that a family has requested. Often times I must cancel the meeting and create a normal outlook meeting instead.

The most helpful thing about Drift is that it alerts you that a customer is attempting to chat even if you're not logged into the platform. Although, we do not utilize Drift daily, its a very valuable feature to have. Alongside this Drift is extremely easy to use. I use it on a daily bases and I can activate and deactivate in a matter of seconds. It is also extremely usefult that drift can work in the backround while I complete other daily tasks.

On some occasions their is poor quality of information provided by customers which makes it impossible to follow up after the interaction through drift. Alongside this, there can be a lot of spam from gmail accounts

Drift's many upsides include direct integration with my availabilities as it is on Outlook, allowing the customers to quickly book a meeting with me on the website without back and forth's which lead to a better customer journey and a shorter sales cycle.

I can't think of too many downsides except for the volume of unqualified lead that are able to book a meeting. Sometimes I'd get leads with personal emails that are able to immediately book a meeting which turns out to be a time-suck.

Drift drastically shortens the sale cycle by allowing the lead to book a meeting while browsing the website... this solves a major problem in Sales, which is a drawn out sales cycle due to lack of effective discovery.

As an SDR, it is a super helpful tool to see what prospects are engaging frequently with our website. It is even helpful to see prospects that I previously thought "oh they dont seem too interested." and then log into dift to see that they have very recently been viewing our content. It gives me the confidence that the prospect is more engaged than I previously thought. Personally, I use it and check it many times a day.

Many times, by the time the notification pops up, the prospect is already inactive on the page. I dont 100% think this is a problem with dift because I know people click through pages and off websites so fast. I have also had some trouble logging in through my SSO on the mobile app so I havent been able to use the mobile app.

I am a big fan of Drift, my account team and customer support. My account team is always providing insights and recommendations on what we can do to improve our playbooks. They are very responsive and address questions promptly. They also do a very good job onboarding new users.

The support team is great and proactively communicates when issues occur. 

The user interface is very easy to use, with performance reports and I like how it integrates with other tools. For instance, 6sense segments.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

From a practitioner's perspective, having an easy way to edit playbooks would be good. Some of the playbooks we use are extensive, and making changes requires raw data export with lots of formatting. I would recommend having a text editor built-in in the platform so I can make changes on the go.

I like that I can get updates about activities of my accounts on our site. I can also view what page they entered through and the last time they were active. 

The prospect dashboard also helps give me a starting point for creating a lead list to target new accounts. I have a starting point for the aspect of our solution they may be interested in based on their activity. When I do reach out to new accounts, they also have some base level of who we are so it's a warmer lead. 

The drift bot is helpful setting a meeting for me if the prospect wanted a meeting, but I was away from my laptop. This makes sure we never lose a potential client.

The web version is great, but the app can be a bit buggy. Sometimes it will take really long to load and once it does, the screen is blank and I can't view anything on it.

Drift is helping us fill the gap of whose looking at us and what exactly they're interested in. This helps speed up cold prospecting.

I appreciate the ease with which I can connect with visitors on our website who are in search of more information. Drift offers a direct and simple way to communicate with people interested in what we have to offer, enabling them to reach out to us quickly and with ease. In addition, the app is very user-friendly, particularly in alerting us when someone initiates a conversation with us.

If certain Drift features aren't tailored to suit your organization's needs, it can result in additional work that falls beyond your scope and distracts from interacting with potential customers who might actually be interested in your product.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The feature I use most often is the site activity feature; it's easy to find accounts with high intent. Another feature I really like is Drift Video. It's a super seamless Chrome extension that lets me quickly record videos to stand out in prospecting, and I can track when they open or watch it to follow up and call them quickly. I can also set up a filter to include ONLY the accounts in my book and exclude any existing customer accounts, so I don't even see the customer accounts in my dashboard.

Honettle haven't found anything I dislike.

Drift helps me stand out in my prospecting, and helps me find accounts with high activity and buyer intent.

It helps save me so much time, makes my work easier, and allows me to get the results that I want. Their customer service is also great. Super helpful for anyone in sales. Super easy to use, i use it weekly. Theres lots of features and ways that you integrate it into your curent systems. I really like how easy it was to implement drift into my current workflow.

It helps me book sales meetings without me having to do any work, it helps me reach my sales quotas and qualify leads, it helps book meetings automically by asking the right questions
