**What do you like best about Drift?**

That it is an autonomous channel to bring in sales leads, it's a great building block for starting that relationship with the prospect and our company. It's very simple to use and the notifications we receive are fast and relevant. The customisation for the questions we can get the bot to ask prospects to qualify them before putting them in touch with a rep is really good.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Sometimes i've seen in the chat log prospects get frustrated with the chat bot because it doesn't recognise their answers to the bot's questioning. For example asking for a UK mobile number and the potential lead puts in a number 07123456789 it wont recognise that unless its +447123456789 - and they've just left the chat after a few back and forth's with it

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's doing some qualification of potential leads for us prior to putting them in touch with the sales team. This saves the Sales Rep's time by not having to do some basic qualification and also it only puts forward quality leads for the team to work. It is helping us bring pipeline into our business to allow us to grow.

I love the business it drives for me. From eCom to my Teams Calendar, I have my calender fill up with meetings with interested customers. Seamless integrations.

Nothing in particular, it does what I need it to do!

it is instantly booking meets for me to easily join.. additional info is integrated into Salesforce. Very easy

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I really enjoy using Drift because I can immediately tap into a conversation live with a prospect, as well as get notified about the accounts that are under my territory. This helps me calculate and strategize my outreach to individuals on an enterprise level.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The downsides of using Drift would have to be the notifications and dropping everything to be ready to tap into a prospect immediately. The only suggestion is maybe having a dialog box that automatically pops up when a conversation is started so I don't need to click into it on a browser.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem is identifying potential buyers in an unknown space and Drift allows me to understand what content and at what time a prospect is engaging with.

I ilke that it gives immediate insights what is happening in target accounts

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

First, I noticed that despite being available on my profile on Drift, I was never routed to chat automatically, only later on i will get MQL  if a person left an email with request to be contacted. 
 
Second, The only time I received a Teams notification about a live conversation was when I manually joined it after noticing someone from my region trying to interact, so i do not get notifications when someone is online and trying to chat with sales, only if i notice

It helps to quickly respond to accounts that show good interest and it can help you to know where you need to focus. Also, if some things will be improved, it can be quite helpful to get meetings booked.

The ability of others to schedule a meeting with me and the ability to send video emails

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

no dislikes but it seems like others arent using it to connect with me too often. it would also be nice if the video/audio emails your easier to use or pushed more as a thing to use so that others actually clicked on them. I would also be nice if it came with some sort of app like instagram or something where i could put a filter on my background to make the videos and upload them and have people direct message me or find me. 

Basically you need more marketing and to steal a few more ideas from several social media/business comperitors. I don't think people actually like all-in-one apps but it still helps to try an be one.

Getting my face to the customer and also letting the customer know when I'm free for a meeting

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Since deploying Drift on our site a few years ago, we've seen consistent YoY growth from this channel. It's easy for the SDR teams to use and there are frequent upgrades and new features that are available. The support team is also fantastic - they always respond within 24 hours. They do a great job listening to feedback about the platform and trying to incorporate fixes.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

There are 2 huge dislikes at the moment:
1) The insane amount of bugs - at this point, I'm submitting ~1-2 support tickets a week. When they release new features, I make it a habit to wait a month or so before implementing because there is ALWAYS something wrong or broken with it
2) The analytics are as basic as they get. If you want a simple "how did my playbook perform in this time period", you can easily get that data. But for anything more complex, you are out of look. Especially regarding CAI, there is only 1 dashboard with ZERO ability to drilldown, making it virtually useless. Same with conversation flow boards...the UX is so poorly designed that they are impossible to use.

Drift is allowing us to get access to the voice of the customer - to hear what they want to know and allow us to get them the right answers. It's also accelerating time to meeting.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift allows meet to reach prospects that I never would have engaged with otherwise. I get notified whenever someone who meets the parameters I have set, visits our site. I can then choose how I would like to engage with them in real time. Also, these users are much more likely to engage because they are actively researching our product on my website. This is a great tool!

I wish it was easier to distinguish between current customers and prospects.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I find that the ease of use is very enjoyable when using Drift. Things like automatically sending prospects reminder emails before meetings, the filters that you can put in place to ensure that it's a proper sales inquiry and not just a customer looking to get in touch with their relationship manager, or customer service. It's a good way for inbound sales reps to not waste time with non-ROI producing activities.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

So far, I have only been using it for a month, and I don't really have any complaints as of yet. I notice that it connects to all of my tools with no issues (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outlook, etc), so everything is good at the moment.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift is helping me get in touch with customers who are interested in speaking with a live person, but are not sure who to reach out to, or where to look. I find that drift is a great medium to connect salespeople to prospective customers, even if they happen to be looking for solutions outside of normal business hours, since Drift can just book a meeting with the salesperson at the next available timeframe. It's also very useful that Drift allows you to set your own calendar and booking preferences, so you will have time in between to prepare for the meeting.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I've been using Drift for almost 2 years. We work with the Drift Enterprise Support team weekly. They are quite responsive to our queries and are willing to assist us with our questions and concerns. There was a learning curve at first but after a few months, the platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. There is a training center with various resources to help users get started.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The basic version of Drift still requires a lot of manual training and feedback. I want to see more AI features in the future.

The chatbot connects our prospects to sales, answers general questions about our products, and solves customer support inquiries.

I wish Drift was able to ping me when a customer is immediately engaging with the bot so if it's during my hours - I can pop in and chat right back! Mayeb this is a feature and I'm unaware.

It allows me to see who is active and where they are at. Prospecting has been great while using this product based on the insight that I receive from Drift I am given a leg up when it comes to finding targets to go after. It has helped me so much since I just started in my new role.

The only issue that I have had so far is the integration between my calendar and Drift. This was easily fixed when I spoke with the representative at our most recent sales kickoff.

I know exactly what company, and who from tht company, are on our wbesite. Along with other data like number of page visits etc. I use drift daily and have implented it as a foundation in my prospecting

Sometimes I have issues with the revenue filter fully taking effect with the companies on my dashboard

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift was our first time using a live chat tool, and so far has delivered on all fronts. Our reps love using it and being able to interact with prospects in real time, and we've been able to generate a significant amount of leads and pipeline through a combination of the chat bot & and our reps managing conversations. The interface is easy to use and provides a lot of information to help with determining who a prospect is, the account they belong to, and any previous conversations we've had with them.

The customization options are great, and we have been able to continually modify the playbook and chat routing to optimize for both customer experience and also speed-to-lead process.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I wish that Drift had a simple solution for offline chats, similar to a ticketing system where prospects could fill out a form and ask to be contacted at a later date. However, our Drift CSM team has been very helpful and worked with us on numerous solutions that could solve for offline chats and how to make sure they are surfaced quickly to the reps who manage Drift.

We are always looking for new ways to engage with prospects and answer their question in real time, and Drift has provided an easy and streamlined approach for doing that. It has helped decrease the amount of unqualified leads by allowing them to ask their questions in real time, and has allowed us to expedite our qualification process by having conversations to determine the best next steps based on each chat.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I love the visibility into site visitors, even if they don't interact with the chat bot.  It gives you some great leads that are actively engaging with your company. It's very easy to use and I find myself actively checking the app throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

For our team personally, the lead routing is a bit off.  We are sometimes looped into chats that have nothing to do with our territories. The support we've been given from drift however has been useful and they're working to fix these issues.

It's a great tool for finding new, eager leads that are interested in the product.

sometimes even if I filter for my territory and rev, it's not always accurate and it's showing account i shouldn't see.

Drift has been a top lead source for us since we implemented it over a year and half ago. We are easily seeing the ROI on the platform, and its been a force for our business. We love that we are able to connect with our prospects live on the website, schedule meetings and we see that a lot of these prospects are ready to purchase. 

Overall, its been a fantastic product for us!

It can be hard to set up at first with your chats. However with our CSM team, we found that being able to rely on them to build playbooks helped us to get up and running quickly.

Drift allows my future clients to connect with me in a way that works for them and streamlines the sales process. It seamlessly integrates with our CRM to keep track of current and potential clients and their needs. We use it daily at work and it's one of the best tools in our tech stack.

There's a bit of a learning curve for new users.

Drift allows for the seamless scheduling of meetings, intros, and demos for prospective and current clients. It's allowed us to streamline our processes and as a newer member of the team I see the benefit clearly.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Until we started using Drift, I had typically seen website chat bots as an annoyance. What I quickly realized was that the drift functionality allows you to directly interface with customers seeking out your products or solutions that you might not already have. Not only are you able to responsively engage with individuals at the exact time that they are thinking about your solutions versus after the fact, but you also gain valuable insights akin to primary market research. Additionally, I had no idea how comfortable a prospective customer was in talking with what they believed to be a robot versus a human being.  From an operational perspective, there are few companies that provide the level of support we enjoy from the Drift Team both with implementation and integration to building the playbook of automated responses.  We wish that we had built in the functionality when we were first launching hour new site.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It isn't so much what I dislike about drift but, rather, the lack of understanding of our business that it exposed.  (A good thing.)  Prior to implementation, we had no idea how much we had under-resourced the project.  We had no idea exactly how much pent up demand there was amongst prospective patients and customers looking to directly engage with the company.  The solution has since paid for itself multiple times over.

Drift allows us to instantaneously interact with prospective patients and buyers.  They don't need to fill out a form, send an email, or call a main office line and wait for a response.  In a world of instant gratification, Drift removes the time from "interest" to "response".

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I like the functionality to see live website viewer traffic, being able to communicate via a chat function directly to them and having an easy app function for both mobile & desktop application. Seamless to use and very powerful. Connectivity with CRM Tools and effectively keeps record with all chats/data.

I have not found any currently, but my team have been using for quite some time now.

Keeping on top of all customers who would like to speak to a representative of my company directly and at any stage of our website. It has a handy section where it displays the page the client wanted to discuss with a chat box / rep from my company. makes the conversation more seamless and insighftful. As a big organisation, it can be slightly tricky to contact a person directly, and the chat function allows us to serve our customers instantaneously.

Drift has been helpful in driving new lead generation. The ChatBot feature allows site visitors to quickly talk to someone live/schedule time on the sales team's calendar directly. The insights on who is visiting the site and what they are viewing is also really benefical information when creating new leads.

Nothing yet, eveything has been good so far.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift is easy to use and makes an immediate impact. Whether you choose to build a fully automated bot, or one with live reps on the other end, the bot playbooks are simple to setup, connecting to your or your reps' Outlook/Google calendars is a quick process, and you can be running in a few hours. 

The support team is experienced, helpful and very supportive, and everyone I've worked with from my account team to the C-level folks I've met are passionate, engaging and all about improving user experiences to help your business grow.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I've hit some limitations here and there, and made enhancement requests for their product. The good thing is in most cases, there are workarounds. Reporting is adequate, especially if you're used to more advanced dashboards from Tableau, Adobe and Google. They have made improvements over the past few years though, and if you tag things properly, you can get the data you need in SFDC.

**Recommendations to others considering Drift:**

Think about how you're going to grow in the future and where having conversational technology can help you increase efficiency and improve customer experience, whether it's for support or sales.

Also look at how Drift's long term strategy with AI, chat, email and video can align to where your business is going.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have a large team, so I'm using Drift help visitors get to where they want to be as seamlessly as possible and to filter visitors into prospects, buyers and customers to give them different experiences.  For customers, I've automated the top FAQ's so they can get answers quickly.  For buyers, I'm splitting between direct purchases and those that need to chat with a sales rep for a quote or demo.  Logic and routing built into the bots qualify and send leads to reps in the appropriate region, and we've seen pipeline go from 0 to 7 figures in just a few months. 

Benefits are significantly increased conversion on form pages, consistently in the 70% range to convert an engagement to a lead, while the standard form converts around 20%. We're just getting our enterprise reps onto live chat, so the form is completely eliminated when a bot can connect a qualified hot prospect directly to a rep, or better yet, the rep is notified when a target account is on the site and they can proactively intercept and help that visitor instead of waiting for the visitor to request a quote.  This has increased our quantity of leads and shortened time to converted opportunity significantly.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I love the entire concept of Drift. It allows for customers to connect with our sales team in real time, or allow for them to schedule meetings based on our work calendar. If a live rep is not available to respond to the prospect or customer, it will automatically ping another rep to allow for a smooth process for the customer to get the help that they need. I love that you can personalize your availabilty, write a bio about yourself, and give a personalized touch in a situation where customers will appreciate it. The platform also allows for the Sales Leadership to set up specific accounts and territories for the team so that people are not accessing wrong accounts, or stepping into other territories. Our account rep, Ben, is wonderful and always willing to help!

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Overall the product is great! In my role, we set our meetings from Teams/Outlook. If there was a way to include the "Scheduling Assistant" feature to ensure the whole account team is avaialble to meet with the customer, that would be a great feature to add to Drift.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift is allowing us to speak with customers in "real time" when they visit our website. This allows for a more personal approach for the customer and will allow discussions to progress further since they know they have a real sales member contacting them. This allows for a larger amount of potential new customers and shows them we are a customer focused company. It is an easy dashboard to access and allows the user to see relevant data.

I like how it allows us to break the 4th wall in a sense. The buyer's journey can be so anonymous at times, but this gives us the opportunity to connect early on. I can start a conversation or they can.

I don't love the automation around booking a meeting b/c it tends to assign the person to the wrong rep initially and then we have to shuffle something around on our end. If they could properly identify who the rep should be based on the account coming in, that would make everything smoother.

It helps us connect earlier with buyers in the sales cycle and schedule prospects.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I like the auto responses that the chatbot generates. It saves our team a lot of time and resources while still providing helpful responses to our users. The built in video recorder allows us to send personalized messages to our prospects.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Sometimes the video recorder freezes up, especially if I'm re-recording a video. I usually have to refresh the page and start over which can be frustrating. I also notice a delay with some of the notifcations from website visits. This is important because we try to maintain a low SLA time.

Drift reduces the number of staff required to host our websites chat function. This allows the team to focus more on other activities like sales prospecting. The automated responses allow us to filter out casual users and focus on prospects that are seriously interested in our products.

Drift makes deploying and customizing chatbots fast and easy. The many out-of-the-box integrations, with key plaforms like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and Salesloft, allow Drift to seamlessly leverage data from those platforms to target custom website audiences with personalized messaging. Drift not only accelerates the sales process by enabling live conversations and facilitating demo bookings, but also drives customer support through live chat, ticket creative, and actile look-up. Drift can even replace your lead forms and enable progressive profiling of contacts! This is a true conversational marketing solution.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Drift is constantially deploying new features and updated existing ones. Overall, this a great quality for a SaaS marketing solution. However, numerous bugs are one downside of their rapid  development and deployment of features. While Drift support is fast and friendly and resolves problems quickly, I have encountered an uncomfortable number of bugs, especially in newer product features.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift principally helps our busienss by shortcutting the lead follow-up process, allowing us to engage prospects in live conversations on our website and book demos directly from those conversations. Even when our team is offline, the Drift bot is there to qualify prospects and capture leads, supporting and accelerating our traditional outreach process. On the customer support side, Drift directs our customers to self-service product resources and ticket creation, while also providing a live chat option for those with pressing questions.

It is a great tool to easily chat with customers.
I also like the fact it is linked to my calendar and people can immediately book a slot without needing an entire conversation on what fits best.
It is easy to install and have the app on the desktop.
We use it daily which is a great tool.

To be really honest, I have nothing to comment on as I have only been using it for a couple of weeks.
So far I am really satisfied with this.

The collaboration and willingness to be an acutal extenstion of our team. Without our sucess team at Drift I wouldn't have the time to keep a pulse on our metrics and continualy optimize. The onboarding experince was one of the best I've ever gone through.

Not a whole lot to dislike but if I had to pick one thing it's that the bot lacks some versatility.

Speed to lead. We needed a solution that would help us connect with leads/customers at the moment they wanted to talk rather than a multi-day meeting booking experience.
