DreamzCMMS has centralized all of our maintenance activities into a single system, making it easier to automate preventive maintenance, track work orders in real time, and keep complete service records. As a result, we’ve reduced equipment downtime, improved warehouse efficiency, and strengthened coordination across our retail, logistics, and facilities teams. The platform provides extensive functionality, but setting up maintenance workflows for specialized laboratory and research equipment took extra time.
