Nontheless, the service began charging me monthly without my consent and the credits expired before I could even redeem them. As I stated previously, I only use the service occasionally. When I finally did try to purchase an image, the process was so cumbersome thatI finally had to call customer service. I also don't appreciate being forced to fill out a survey in order to access the site. For the past year or so, I've been getting notifications that my images are being removed from the site. It seems to be an attempt to protect the subjects from predatory use, which I appreciate.
