Noit impressed.... **What do you dislike about Dreamstime?** Lockedout/signed out of my accoutn and couldn;t get back in as I couldn;t remember the damn passoword...Spent the last 3 days trying every password I know I have used...and have finally managed to et back into my account....but it has been reset to 0 downsloads...I had a surplus waiting till I needed them for the chrissy rush...All gone???? WTF???? The Customer Support team have been incredibly generous in their time and responsiveness to my questions since the emergence of machine learning trained on other artists's work without their knowledge or consent, and that make me as an independent business feel secure in my choice of subscribing to Dreamstime. **What do you dislike about Dreamstime?** I wish there were a way to search the categories/limit search results to a specific category. It is less focused on pictures of young and slick business people close up. Images that are too close up becomes too intimidating when enlarging. If I have needed assistance by a person, the phone call has been answered quickly. If I have sent an email query, the response has also been quick AND there has always been the option to talk to a person. I do not like chat robots - they are hard work unless you have a bog standard question. **What do you dislike about Dreamstime?** Illustrations are getting more and more figurative and 'wishy-washy' whilst I am looking for illustrations with more clear cut edges and dense colouring. **What problems is Dreamstime solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have business problems.
