**What do you like best about Draw.io?**

- ease of use
- lots of built in icons/shapes
- copy/pasting styles is very handy
- XML format (can be embedded)
- all shapes can have any style applied to it
- saves on the cloud or local device
- generally great user interface
- easily insert images
- dynamically adjusts workspace size without user intervention



**What do you dislike about Draw.io?**

- times out after a bit, make sure you save often!
- some shapes can be difficult to select (if they have hollow spaces)

**What problems is Draw.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- flow design
- UI mockups and design
