The Draup team is very responsive to specific talent intelligence report requests. They will follow up with you in 1-2 days and will go in-depth regarding the request. From there, they will set a specific timeline for when the project will be completed, and will set-up multiple sync-up meetings with us on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. In the Workforce Planning module, some titles and skillsets do not show up. For example; "Business Analyst" and SAP Hybris skillset, do not show up.

Also, some of the titles in the Talent Intelligence module were a little off. For example, when typing in "Executive Recruiter", it showed "Recruiting Coordinator" as the primary title, which included Executive Recruiter. The platform is very robust and easy to use for our teams. The talent intelligence & ecosystem features, in particular, give us the data needed to make strategic hiring decisions. However, the partnership with the Draup team is by far the selling point. The Rolodex feature is not practical for day-to-day recruiting as the profiles are not real-time or updated frequently enough for use. Also, while the training resources are improving, a learning path or better onboarding support would be a nice addition and help with faster adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It directs the hiring team to the most qualified and dedicated team for tasks and projects. Selection of new employees based on talent has improved the overall performance in the organization.
