Drake is very easy to learn. The data input view is basic, but everything I need to prepare an accurate and complete tax return is there. I dislike the built-in Customer Relationship Manager. It's not robust enough for what I want for my practice, so I have paired up my Drake Software with TaxDome to fill in the gaps. Now I can make notes about customers, view invoices for all years, and easily send bulk emails to customers in a certain category - like those with IP PINs, for example. Ease of use and error checking. Drake offers some of the best software to make sure you complete a tax return correctly and it alerts you to anything that may create a problem. The ease of use and customer support will make any money you spend on this software well worth it.
