I dislike the built-in Customer Relationship Manager. It's not robust enough for what I want for my practice, so I have paired up my Drake Software with TaxDome to fill in the gaps. Now I can make notes about customers, view invoices for all years, and easily send bulk emails to customers in a certain category - like those with IP PINs, for example.
