The search function could be a little better, as it limits the search to 40 items which can be frustrating. Reporting function also leaves a lot to be desired. I wish there was a way to assign profiles to a crew somehow, as we need to report data by crew and this does not exist. Even if it were a simple tag of some sort to denote crew on the profile would be helpful, then a report function to filter down by crew.
