I love that Dozuki can be organized into discrete step-by-step tutorials for our machine shop. It makes training machines easy for new hires and provides a quick reference for when we need a refresher.

I also like the teams option where you can assign certain courses to people in a team and it can remain organized. It is pretty easy to add/delete members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dozuki's limitations come from its step by step process. More difficult machines to learn that are not a step by step tutorial are difficult to write a decent learning guide for. For example, leaning how to use the new CNC Mill machine requires more in depth explanation and nuance than Dozuki is currently able to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Dozuki makes it easy to get started, with no need for templates or complex design work. It provides simple text boxes for immediate use, allowing for quick wins. Dozuki is great for documenting and organizing work instructions, wikis, and the like. They have a great, reponsive team as well. Additionally, they've made improvements since I initially subscribed to the platform that have been excellent steps forward in making the platform even better (approvals/history for wikis comes to mind).

Dozuki is very intuitive when it comes to building work instructions (guides), and wikis. I like the format, the UI, and the way the finished documents are presented. While Dozuki continues to make great strides, I would say that it still feels like the full potential hasn't been realized. Aside from minor improvements here and there, I think they could make some major upgrades in the way of document control (creating document libraries, fillable forms, etc.) These things go hand-in-hand with work instructions and procedures. It could quite easily become a full QMS suite.

Aside from that, the only real downsides are the price (its a little pricey), and the fact that some recent updates are not included in the base price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to take existing documentation and upload into Dozuki helped us fast-track using the platform. The ability to search makes it easy for employees find documentation. Dozuki provides a consistent and simple platform for our work instructions. It has capabilites for approval processes which has been key for our opertations. With 3 companies we can easily manage all our work instructions and support has been able to addess any issues that we have come across. I like the ability to keep all of my department's important information in one location, and I like that you can attach documents to guides as well. I like that it is easy to review the information and to see when it has last been updated. I like the ability to add photos and videos and add markups, and I like that the users are able to answer questions. I also think that the search feature works very well. The way that documents print could really use some work - if you don't have any pictures for a section then it should just jump straight to the words instead of printing a weird picture of a camera. It also prints any title images super huge. It also puts page breaks in weird locations so it wastes a lot of paper. It also bothers me that you can only put a certain amount of bullet points on each step - I understand that that optimizes formatting, but I would prefer if you give me the guidance that 8 bullet points is the maximum recommended number but let me make that decision myself. Same with bullet point character limits - I would prefer more space. Although Dozuki has been somewhat helpful when we need larger scale changes made, sometimes to get anything changed feels like pulling teeth - it would be nice if there were an easier way to get support and make changes. I like how you can organize trainings per department/category or how ever your company chooses. Once set up, It provides a simplistic overview of instructions specificly for your company, short to the point step by step written instructions, videos etc. Its a straight forward program and even better training guide.
