The search function could be a little better, as it limits the search to 40 items which can be frustrating. Reporting function also leaves a lot to be desired. I wish there was a way to assign profiles to a crew somehow, as we need to report data by crew and this does not exist. Even if it were a simple tag of some sort to denote crew on the profile would be helpful, then a report function to filter down by crew. I also wish it was able to be integrated with SuccessFactors to talk to our LMS. This would be very beneficial for us as an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Very streamlined tool that enables text, photo, video work instructions. The team was very helpful in onboarding. We use this daily across multiple tablets on the production floor. When it comes to creating similar machines with various subassemblies that differ, there is a learning curve to ensure you connect these correctly. It provides a singular spot to store all internal work process and a place for our customers to find and locate installation instructions. The formatting of Instruction documents feels somewhat limited. It would be nice if there were additional features to move images and text around.
