  ### 1. Excellent timesheet system for small consultancy business

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

Dovico is simple to set up and is completely customizable in terms of adding whatever tasks you need to input, projects, etc.  When we launched Dovico back in 2016 it was fairly seamless for our consultants once we got everyone on the system and trained.  We moved from an excel spreadsheet method of tracking our hours to Dovico's system and it was a night and day difference.  The reporting feature is its best feature for our purposes.   Clients appreciate the in-depth reports that we can provide so they can see exactly what our consultants are working on.  The reports from Dovico are also completely customizable and have been instrumental in allowing our clients to see the immediate savings to their bottom line when comparing our recruiting costs to those of an executive search firm or agency.  The reports provide us with real-time data regarding how much time our consultants may have spent on particular HR issues throughout the course of a year, allowing us to back up our recommendations to clients with data.  We use the reports from Dovico for both internal reporting (such as weekly consultant hours versus capacity and recruiting stats, such as hours to date per role against benchmark hours) as well as external reports as mentioned previously.  It provides much needed insight and analysis into our business metrics.  We also love the fact that Dovico is a Canadian company.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

With the latest upgrade, the timer function does not work as well.  Also, the work approvals don't carry through when copying projects.  But I find these to be minor given the overall abilities of Dovico.  If these were fixed it would be a truly stellar system.

**What problems is Dovico Timesheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, we are able to get robust reports from Dovico that help us manage the business, both internally and externally; data driven metrics.  One of the biggest values is the recruiting cost savings reports we share with clients, to show the cost savings they've realized using HR a la carte for their recruiting needs versus a search agency.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

The people I work with from DOVICO are simply the best customer service team, ever, that I have worked with. They are in touch with me, checking in to see what I need, and are very responsive to our needs. Their patience in answering questions and explaining how the system works (including training) is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

There isn't anything I can point to that I dislike about DOVICO. As with any software product, as they continue to innovate and build out different features of the system, what the system can do will continue to expand.

**Recommendations to others considering Dovico Timesheet:**

When selecting a software, part of the selection is how is the system helping you to solve or address a problem. The other part should also be accessibility to a talented, approachable support and customer service team. They listen to your needs and are honest about what they can do to support you (and actually do it!).  Long after the sale, my sales contact continues to check in with me on a regular basis about how things are going and my technical support lead is always there when I have "just more question." That's what you want!

Using DOVICO allows us to use a global platform to capture employee time. set up and track project budgets and have access to reports that allow us to make strategic business decisions.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

It is a straightforward and intuitive. I like the overall process and the support features are very helpful. You don't need to take any one by the hand to explain how to input or track timesheets.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

I would like to see much customisation options allowed. Also that deactivated employees do not disappear entirely from your reporting/drop down boxes.

It is a clear cut time tracking system. More reliable than previous systems we used.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

Dovico is one of the best time sheet software which can be used from anywhere.This is very much helpful for employees especially they are out of office.We can simple and accurately track the time by using Dovico timesheet. If we work overtime, we have option to add it over there.
No doubt, new employees can definitely understand the process in easy way.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

I think the price is bit high, other than that so far so good.If configuration settings are correct,it will be easy to use

I wish that Dovico timesheet should be more user friendly, I didn't directly use Dovico timesheet yet however I have researched it and verify it with my friend and sharing my thoughts here

I think it will take time to complete the activity, i hope we can make it faster than before, it will help to reduce time consuming activity.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

When our organization got ready to start writing grant requests, we needed a tool to help track employee time for various projects.  This was the way to go.  We were able to track how much time was spent on each project, and it made the grant writing process much easier.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

I wish there was additional information available on the reporting side that could also help our organization with other needs, such as reports for our board of directors and volunteers.  It is important for them to see how much money and time we are saving by tracking our employee projects.  This will help allow us to minimize the time we spend on each project.

**What problems is Dovico Timesheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not experience any problems with this tool.  The benefit was the savings of time that it use to take to track time spent on each project.  In the past, we would keep our time documented on Excel spreadsheets and this was not a advantageous way of keeping track.  With this software, the time we spend more than helped offset the costs we incurred to write the grants.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

Dovico provides a lot of options for time tracking and the best part is that you can add multiple projects under one profile which makes it feasible for tracking multiple projects at a time. You can create different timesheets for different projects which is another great tool. 

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

Sometimes it gets difficult to edit the timesheets once they are submitted and it is confusing as well. Otherwise, the app works really well for me!

**Recommendations to others considering Dovico Timesheet:**

Dovico is really easy to use and when you have a moderate number of people under one group, dovico helps to track time and saves a lot of time!

Dovico helps keep the timesheet on track and you don't have to save the timesheet separately every time you enter the time which saves a lot of time as well.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

It's a web based interface you can access from any browser.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

There's no mobile or desktop component for tracking start/stop events for projects. This is a glorified spreadsheet for management reporting, but is not at all user friendly for the people in the field, doing actual work. It requires an additional task at the end of your day or the end of your week. More effort, no benefits for the employee.

**Recommendations to others considering Dovico Timesheet:**

Look into other collaborative tools before you decide on Dovico. It's a single-use tool.

Accounting for project time in a standardized manner.

I love the ease of the system, also allow you to accrual PTO and have a separate app to request time off.

It didn't integrate with qb well, we had alot of issues uploading details .

The are very eager to fix problems, the are very open and helpful they know their product. We miss that about them. When a update came and change things it became hard for them to readjust things.

No real concerns.  I have not had anything during my use of Dovico that I did not like.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

How easy it is to add new pejects. And how it saves your state automatically. 

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

The interface feels dated and could use a refresh. I also used Primavera before and had the same issue . I suspect both of them use the same type of clunky front end programming. It would be nice to see a slicker time sheet program that had some sort of persistent gui to start and stop time logging. Time logging is one of the things I like to do the least, and anything to make that easier would be great!

I am able to accurately track my time and convey progress to my project managers.

Dovico is super easy to use. When working across multiple clients, it saves my prior week actions so it's easy to enter my time the following week. 

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

It would be nice to be able to copy the hours over from the prior week.

**Recommendations to others considering Dovico Timesheet:**

Definitely very easy to use. You are able to adjust it accordingly to include the information that is relevant to your company and to your employees. It's a great way to track time and then figure out how to bill clients accordingly. 

**What problems is Dovico Timesheet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dovico is great for my management team to be able to see where my time is used on what clients. It helps them delegate where my time should be and to be able to charge clients accordingly if more time is spent with them than originally thought would be.

The ability to track hours and see reports of which projects/clients you have worked for.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

The interface seems outdated and often it is difficult to create the report you want.

**Recommendations to others considering Dovico Timesheet:**

Be sure to update your hours daily or weekly, it is very cumbersome to update many weeks at a time.

I use DOVICO as a time tracking system, to ultimately bill clients for the time spent on their projects.  It is useful to see how much time you are spending on any given task/project.

**What do you like best about Dovico Timesheet?**

Dovico has several features! We don't use half of them but it is a robust system. Most of all, I enjoy the mobile app to log my hours on the go.

**What do you dislike about Dovico Timesheet?**

It took me a while to learn. It's easy to leave the timer running and forget about it, but that is human error. Thankfully you can go back and edit.

This software allows our administrators to easily pull reports and bill our clients.
