For example, we have a number of 1 digit database columns and they automatically get converted into boolean during sync. The drivers Oracle provides are very problematic, and prone to connection error and corruption. Whenever using the Oracle-provided drivers, my teams have struggled regularly with the whole Schema becoming invalidated, failure to connect, and other issues. With Devart-it always "just works". The ability to do a direct connection is invaluable. I literally have never had an issue in connecting or with the schema failing to build or any other issue. **What do you dislike about dotConnect for Oracle?** Nothing, it is a great product. No drawbacks. **What problems is dotConnect for Oracle solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product drives several key applications at our company, including a metadata repository, clinical adjudication tool, and a variety of other key applications.
