Many of the entities like content-types and other files are already deployable, however, because some of the entinties are not you can not do a full deploy through the pipelines without manual human interactions on dotcms itself.

I am connected to dotCMS with WebDav via a Mapped Network Drive and edit files in my VSC. It is really convenient as I don't have to code into text areas in dotCMS pages.
