You can always send us an email if we are not replying you instantly and the customer support will get back to you as soon as possible! Thank you for using Doratoon! For free accounts, we provide many templates and free characters, and props as well. But sorry that the watermark can not be removed since this is one of the paid content. As for now we only have the english version but we will improve our website and hopefully we can support many more different languages in the near future! Have a wonderful day!
