I like it because my workers, who have no technical background, have not trouble entering the data. I have used the Customer Support and they were very responsive. **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** I wish it allowed you to represent concepts like Depreciation more easily. The software is very good, but every interaction with the staff has been surpurb. There follow up is excellent. If they do not know the answer they will find someone who does. The company is very accountable. If a mistake happens on their side, they quickly take ownership and make it right! **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** Are company is a mix of long term rentals, seasonal leases and short term rentals. I find that the software is not really set up for short term rentals. I also like that I can easily message my tenants through e-mail, text or voice. I handle all my lease signatures through DoorLoop's integration with DropboxSign. But most of all, I like the people at DoorLoop. They're always willing to go the extra mile for me to help me with whatever issues I have. **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** Being a newer system, there are ocassionally bugs that get into the software, and so that can be a challenge. I'd also like a feature that let me know which past tenants have A/R balances so I can try and recover those. **What problems is DoorLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** DoorLoop is helping me manage my business. When I had 8 units, it was fine to use a free software for accounting and text tenants directly. Now, with 39 units, I needed something more robust that allowed me to do less administrative work and spend more time with my family. DoorLoop has done that for me. ### 41. The tenant portal is simple and allows our residents to setup autpayments, communicate with manager, submit maintenance request, etc. we've received positive reviews from all the tenants that have joined. **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** Our dislikes have come as of recent. I would advise the DoorLoop developers to slow down on introducing changes to the system. In the last 3-4 months, the site has been slow and reports not processing correctly, and auto payments not posting to ledgers. All of these have occurred due compatibility issues when trying to introduce other new features. **What problems is DoorLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our property use to be managed by an outside management company until now. When undertaking this new endevour, we needed to find a product that could manage tenant payments, ledgers, accounting, lease applications, etc. and DoorLoop checks off all of those boxes. ### 42. I also like that when I am looking for Tenant leases, they are uploaded in each tenant's file, and I can go to it anytime. The upsides are it saves me time, easy to navigate once trained, and someone is always available to assist me through the chat at any time. **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** There really isn't much to dislike about DoorLoop. There is room for improvement and features that can be implemented to improve DoorLoop. If there were anything to dislike, it would be hard to navigate if you are not trained; you cannot VOID a check or change the memo before printing a check. **What problems is DoorLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** DoorLoop has taken my requests for improvements. If there was a problem, someone on the chat would resolve my issue or find another way to assist me with my requests. They've assisted me in customizing reports, printing a vendor list and Voiding a transaction. ### 43. I used to need to schedule a call, but now I can navigate with chat help. When I was first learning DL, I appreciated the onboarding calls - very helpful. **What do you dislike about DoorLoop?** I am still learning, but so far, for every issue I've encountered (9 out of 10 operator errors), they've e helped me resolve.
