I like the AI workflows features in DoorLoop, along with the ability to integrate with other tools such as my CRM or calendar. This integration helps automate back-end tasks, letting me focus more on business development. I like DoorLoop because of its ease of use; it behaves like a checkbook, which is less intimidating since everyone has used one before, making it familiar. Ohhhhh - that was a BIG headache. We were told before we signed on that we would be able to upload the Rent Manager historical data directly into DoorLoop. That turned out NOT to be true. I use DoorLoop for my rental properties and it really helps by doing all the work for me in emailing about rent due and when it is late. It is difficult to pay checks sometimes to vendors and and refund deposits to tenants upon move out due to glitches in the system. Printing checks can be a hassle, we have to manually adjust the settings to place the print correctly on the check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
