**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I appreciate Donorbox because it's a clean and easy platform that works well for the over 60 population using our nonprofit website. Donations are simple and straightforward, making the process painless. Also, the initial setup of Donorbox was very easy, which I found to be a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I've had complaints about how many reCAPTCHA images there are when trying to donate.

Donorbox provides an easy and accessible donation platform that is clean, clear, and suitable for our over 60 population, making donations straightforward rather than painful.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like the dashboard on Donorbox. I appreciate being able to see everything right in front of me, as it makes everything make sense. The information is very clear, very concise, and there's a lot of it. This helps in running things and is important for reporting. Donorbox has been helpful with that.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I haven't had any issues as of yet.

Donorbox streamlines fundraising efforts, provides a foolproof way to track receipts, and helps build a long-term donor base.

The new CRM tool and additional features is very helpful for our purposes. 

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

This has all synched up. The large amount of data initially imported caused a lag, but that has resolved itself with time. 

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Donorbox for nonprofit donor management, appreciating its donor tracking at a reasonable price. It's easy to create campaigns and see donations, which is great for board reporting.

Very easy to use, on both ends for donors/buyer and for setting up on the reverse end. Customer support has been super good so far, too!

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Merging with our donor database (Little Green Light) is not as easy as I'd like it to be without paying significant extra fees.

Donorbox was the first online donation service our nonprofit has used that we were able to embed into our website, and it is working great!

Donor box still remains one of the easier platforms to use. It typically functions well and is easy for a donor to use.

The added fees continue to pile up, when already getting a fee from your processing companies adding another fee on top means less money going to what matters.

DonorBox makes it easier for potential donors to give to our organization.

I find Donorbox incredibly easy to use, which makes managing donors a straightforward task for me. **What do you like best about Donorbox?**

Using donorbox has been very easy to use to donate and to implement for my charity's donation system. Due to the ease of the system, I have not had to communicate directly with customer service agents, but when I have had questions, I have made use of the support articles that are easily found online and they have always answered my questions. Overall, very pleasant experience as it is something that I use often, especially recently.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I personally would like there to be more autonomy over designs of landing pages. I am quite an aesthetic focused person, so can be quite particular on the appearance of things so would like a bit more control over this.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy simple donation system for a non-registered non-profit. As we are still in our registration process the options of systems and sites available to use for us is limited. Donorbox creates that bridge for us and affords us the same opportunities as other non-profits.

The automatic response to donations is excellent.

It has taken almost two weeks to format information from our old donor management system to be loaded in Donorbox.

I now know that every donation is going through and every donor is being responded to in real time. This is super benificial.

User Friendly. Minimum problems. I have used Donorbox for several events and it works out greatly.

My only complaint would be the length of time for payout, but that's probably beyond your control.

Advertising as well as just adding a level of trust to my customers and donors.  It offers full transparency which is great.

Sometimes it can be a little slow to receive the money in our bank account, although I think that's really Stripe's fault.

Donorbox helps us get around PayPal, which isn't friendly to us, and facilitates direct donations from our donors.

I like that I can integrate a form into my website and existing donation page. Another thing I like is that it allows for donors to select monthly or yearly donations and also asks them to cover the service fee. Overall, we were looking for something that streamlined the donation process and Donorbox was the perfect solution.

The only downside is the service fee but it is a low cost in comparison to other sites and giving the donors the option to cover those fees has proven to be effective.

We were have trouble finding a secure way for people to donate while still allowing them to donate quickly and easily right from our website, Donorbox solved this issue. It also made creating a Giving Tuesday campaign seamless and stress-free.

We needed a giving kiosk at our church. Donorbox live provided an easy solution. The setup was very straightforward and we were able to quickly implement the new system. I also appreciate the ease of use. Since we work with a large rotation of volunteers, we aren't able to train and implement with difficult systems. Once fired up, everything is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

While I appreciate the functionality of the kiosk, the pricing does feel high. The transaction fees are greater than the other giving platform that we use for our charitable donations on top of the monthly fee for the service. Unfortunately, the other platform that we use doesn't have a kiosk option. So, we are paying for the convenience and hoping that it generates more charitable gifts.

The sales rep for the Donorbox Live Kiosk was really helpful in explaining the software, the costs, and what would be required in setting it up. He was super helpful in giving us an understanding of how other nonprofits are using it (and giving us a few options depending on our budget). Once all our hardware was ordered, it was super easy to get the actual software up and running. People are already using it and doing "tap to pay" donations which is a huge win for us!

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The cost of Donorbox Kiosk Live is a little on the higher side. The fact that there's an additional fee for every device is also frustrating. It was also annoying that it's mainly compatible with the Stripe M2 Card Reader (in the US) which had to be ordered directly from the Stripe website.

The Donorbox Live Kiosk is helping us to reach donors right at the point where we are offering our free services. It gives them a simple and easy way to "tap to pay"

I wish Stripe were available globally, or that there were more flexible payout options for users in countries where Stripe isn’t supported. It would also be helpful to have even more localized campaign templates for international users.
